I never give "5" stars, because you always have room for improvement. However, Cell Xchange store and personnel does not need improvement! I came in five minutes before the store was closing on a holiday weekend with a cracked iPhone 7 screen. I was leaving town and needed to have my phone working and Cell Xchange came through BIG for me! Not only did they fix my phone that night, but the cost was less than the Apple Store! I am customer for life!

Bad Business. Drove all the way from Tampa to buy an iPad from them that was posted on OfferUp and get there at 10 when they were supposed to be open but nobody was there. Not to mention they sold the iPad already. Then they had another iPad for the same price that he was going to sell me but got a phone call and sold it to the guy on the phone right out from under me. Good Customer Service guys!! Wont be back here.

I have conducted several transactions with them, and have never had any issues. The staff is always courteous, professional and prompt, and is always willing to assist and follow up with any questions/concerns until you are fully satisfied. The devices that they offer are always in great condition, and they have a wide selection. I would recommend them to everyone!

Great no pressure experience. Ian was very knowledgeable and helped me find a phone for my older mom that she would actually like. Returned a few weeks later to sell a tablet. He remembered me and gave me an excellent deal for my repeat business. Difficult to find customer service like this anywhere. I very much appreciate it!

WORSE PLACE EVER HAD THEM REPLACE MY SCREEN AND THEY MADE IT EVEN WORSE I HAVE 2 DEAD SPOTS IN THE SCREEN AND THEY CLAIM THEY DIDNT DO IT. MY PHONE WAS IN WORSE CONDITION THEN BEFORE BRINGING IT TO THEM. DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAVE VERY BAD SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
