This place should get a big 0! Keith was the last person I spoke with about replacing my phone with a manufacturers warranty, I was told they are "sales people not customer service". When I told them they were very rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever, he replied hanging up on me. This store only wants to SELL SELL SELL. You should think about if you were in my shoes how you would like to be treated, instead of being greedy jerks. I will NEVER tell anyone to get Verizon thats for sure. Also, my mom has had Verizon since they were even officially Verizon, she went to this store to upgrade her phone and they told her she could not. She went to best buy and got it upgraded that same day, with great customer service. HORRIBLE!!! I would not even go here if I wanted to buy a phone.

As I walked in, I was greeted with smiling faces by every member of the team. Even the team members that were assisting other customers took a brief second to welcome me. I felt like royalty. The teams positive energy level is contagious. Its hard not to gravitate towards it. Felix, was very knowledgeable about the in store products and promotions. He went beyond the usual measures to answer all of my questions, and exceeded my expectations by doing so. He, along with Jason made my transition from Sprint hassle free. The best part about the visit is that they have my favorite candy, jolly ranchers. WHO HAS JOLLY RANCHERS? When convenient, I most definitely will stop by to greet the team in the future but, particularly for the ranchers.

I was completely lied to about the monthly payment on my phone on the night of 12/30. They also attempted to charge me $5 extra for a charger. The rep also tried to illigetamize other Verizon Retailers when asked if I could get a charger somewhere else. "We offer the best prices because we are the largest retailer" not true, as VZ Cellular sales is VZs #1 retailer (and its not even close lol!!) The rep also told me that they were taking over the corporate location in Brandon. I went to the corporate location to purchase my charger and fix my plan to which they laughed at the thought of them taking over corporate...Its terrible when a rep has to make up things to make himself feel better about his job

As always our family cant say enough about Jason, we live in the Town & Country area and we dont mind traveling to Valrico to have Jason as our VERIZON reprisentative we know all of our VERIZON needs are going to be satisfied. In the dictionary right next to Excellent Customer service Jasons name should be there to begin he is extremely knowledgeable in the field he works in, professional,attentive to detail, patient and n excellent disposition in making sure our expectations are met, what a great asset VERIZON has in Jason

Amanda and Matthew were absolutely nothing less than helpful I went to the plant city corporate store and was treated like dirt by their reps and management. After fourth five mins with the rep last night he didnt set up my phone or receive any of my old content, within ten mins with Amanda I had my phone with every piece of content from my previous phone and my new phone was ready to be used. I wish I could of came here and purchased my phone I will definitely be back to this location. Thank you both!!!!

Initially had an issue with this store and contacted Jim. I didnt get the issue resolved with him and unfortunately had to leave a negative review of this location. I wish it didnt have to come to that but I will say that once the store manager had seen the review himself, he personally resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction and was eager to earn our business again. That eagerness to resolve and earn business shows that this location wants to earn long term business from its customers. Thank you.

Jason is very professional and takes time to explain all phone discounts and features according to your budget needs. Highly suggest you take your cell phone business or upgrade needs to Verizon Wireless - HWY 60 and Valrico Road and ask for Jason. He will not try to sell you a phone that you do not need and will work with any budget. Thanks so much Jason for handling our cell phone needs. We will be back for future accessories when needed.

If there was a 10 star option for the excellent customer service by Amanda I would give it. She sold us three new Samsung cell phones and a tablet along with a charging hub for free which we were told was a $80 value and dish, after nearly a year of attempting talk me and her father into switching from t-mobile and bright house. We already see the savings and the benefits of changing services.

Best experience Ive had in any store. Jason was so nice and so helpful, my phone wasnt to the best condition and he still sat there and worked with it with no problem. He helped me set everything up after I lost my phone a week later. Very personable, best sales associate Ive come in contact with so far! Will definitely refer my friends to this store location !

Waited almost an hour to get their service because only one guy there in the morning. Worse and ruse service ever. I upgraded my phone, when my new phone arrive to their store, they switched my phone without my notice. I couldnt use my old phone for several hours. Never ever come back to this store again.

Went in to have my phone looked at and the employee was no help at all. I went to the store by my house on lithia Pinecrest and Bloomingdale. They were very helpful and solved my problem and got my wife a new phone. I will be going to that store from now on.

Even though Amanda took a bit she finished everything with flying colors helped set up all 4 of our devices and also got us into dish saving us a boatload of money from switching from brighthouse. I could not think of anything she could improve on.
