I went in to get a new battery for my phone because my cell wouldnt turn on....manager pressed volume button and power button at the same time and handed it to me....it began to ask for accessibility and google account...I put in the info and saw that my cell turned on I was thrilled I paid and went to my car when I went to send a txt my messages and contacts were deleted I went back into the store and told the manager everything is deleted off of my phone...he said "we have nothing to do with that...have metro try to help you out." I went to metro and I told them all I went was for a battery...metro guy asked me how did he turn on the phone and I told him volume button and power button he said "o goodness he hard reset your phone of course everything is going to start from scratch...I will see what I can do..." he did google plus and google photos and my pictures were not there...the metro guy told me if the manager would have patiently waited 4 the cell 2 turn on manually instead of pressing any buttons it would have stayed the same everything would still be in the phone...now there is no way to be retrieved not even subpoena through a lawyer cause metro doesnt have it stored it was taken with phone memory not sd not anything else....so I left highly upset my grandmother passed away and I had her pics on my phone....n my grandfather is not doing too well and he lives in another state and when I went to visit his pics were there now they are all gone!!!!! I called your store and explained everything that happened....they said manager was out hed give me a call...after crying for a lil while cause of anger and cause their is no way to retrieve those pictures the manager calls me saying he had a message to call me I explained to him everything again....and he had the audacity to tell me "I do not recall that(holding the volume key and power button) all I did was press the phone on and you began to play with your phone with your stylus", I was like "no you pressed those 2 buttons at the same time and I told you it said accessibility then asked for Google account then turned on I went outside came back in told u everything is deleted and you said go to metro" he said "o I have no reason to lie I dont remember doing that so what would you like for me to do"....and I told him "well than I guess nothing now everything is erased off of my phone"...all he said was "ok so"...I didnt even want to hear anything else...so I hung up...his carelessness erased pictures I can never get back of my deceased grandmother and sick grandfather....no apology no anything just rude....you made a mistake own up you are a grown man!!!!! Never going back to that place!!!!! If you dont know what your doing give the battery to the owner have them put it in so theres no issue....

I went in just to get a battery for the remote for the Truck and ended up getting some new headlights, as well as took advantage of the sale on light bulbs for the car and the house. Jared was the sales rep that helped me and my family. He was not only patient with me, he held the door for my entire family and installed my headlights and I even gave him the wrong year and he was just absolutely amazingly sweet and patient with me. He offered me and my daughter water because it was hot outside. He was such a wonderful spirit to be around. I will always go back to Batteries Plus Bulbs! A true example of excellent customer service in a pleasant atmosphere. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Brought iPhone in for poor battery performance and failing charging port. Staff documented the full function of the iPhone as it was when I walked in the store. The phone was guaranteed to be returned to me in the same order. The charging port and the battery were replaced the same day and I picked up just before closing. I discovered a function was not working properly the next day. I brought the phone back to the store, the staff validated that the function was working when they took the phone for repair, and they fixed the issue. No hassle, no trying to evade responsibility, just professional and courteous service. Highly recommend this store.

My wife and I took 3 watches and 1 digital tire gauge, all in need of batteries, into your Brandon store recently and your very capable employee, Jerry, fixed them all up with new batteries in less than 10 minutes. While he did that, he mentioned several items that you had specials on and we looked them over and went ahead and purchase several of the items. He was very professional, polite and efficient and we looked forward to sending this review in on him. Terrible service!!! I went there to replace a new screen for my iPhone 6 few weeks ago. After 1 hour, I came back and picked up my phone, it was totally different, all of my photos were blurry, even the texts as well. I asked them whats wrong? They just charged me $103 and did not have any explanation for that problem. I thought they changed something in my software because when I gave my phone to them, they asked me that: "Is is a brand new phone?" I thought that they changed something inside. Now I can not use my phone anymore. Please do not go there if you do not want to waste your money.

We walked into this store not expecting to find what we would need, we had been to other stores and did not find what we needed. So I guess we were expecting the same for this store. However Dominic who works in the store greeted us with a friendly hello and may I help you attitude. Dominic was able to find exactly what we needed but he also took time to explain the benefits of getting life time coverage on the items. The experience was a high five for sure. Thanks to whom ever owns the store you have really nice employees working for you.

June 9, 2017 we shopped at your store in Brandon, Fl location. I had called earlier this morning to inquire on LED bulbs. I spoke to Adam who was so friendly and he provided the information about the bulbs. We went to the store about 4 hours later and was greeted Adam who promptly showed the various differences in the LED bulbs. All stores need someone like Adam who provided great service, friendliness that is so important in the retail business. We love the store and will continue to shop there in the future. The battery on my cell phone was in need of replacement. The salesman, Jay, at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Brandon, FL was most helpful as he thoroughly explained the warranies offered on new cell phone batteries and that enabled me to make a wise decision on what battery to buy. I appreciate sincere salesmen who do not rush the potential buyer but take the time to treat customers the way customers should be treated. Jay rates tops in my book as a salesman and I will return to his store again when the occasion arises.
