Went in because my phone kept changing the ring tone - I was also having issues with downloading music to my phone. The agent changed the ringtone back to my original choice, and I told him it would change again in a day and he said well bring your music hard drive in and we will see if we can download some music and check the ringtone. Next day ringtone was different again so we changed the one I wanted to Default still dont know if that will work or not! Between 2 different guys they didnt know the difference between a C drive and a E drive. I had to hook up my tera to their computer and they still didnt know what the hell i was doing! I packed everything up and left when I realized they didnt even know how to hook up my phone to their computer! Once I showed them how they didnt know how to access it!! OH....but I did find out that if I bought a phone they had on sale for Christmas I would save $11 a month... but I had to sign up for another 3 years!!! My HTC is 2 years old and they acted like it was ancient - worthless is what they are there!

We first went into the Zephyrhills location to have our bill looked at as it was getting higher than what we were told. We met with a gentleman named Matt who was able to figure out that we were using a little extra data. He was able to get us on the right data plan and also help save at the same time! About a month later, my daughter was able to upgrade and we got Matt again by chance! He had a great understanding about the new phones and helped us get into the best possible device. Verizon had some changes going on at the time and Matt was able to keep us straight and figure out was best for us. Since then Ive reccomended him and that store to all my co-workers. They all have started to go there now, especially since our company gets a discount! The whole staff at Gall Blvd has taken care of them. Just recently, I myself needed an upgrade and you better bet I gave Matt a call!

Stopped in earlier this week because I had broken my phone. I had another & hoped to have my service transferred over. As soon as I said I was a prepaid customer, the salesman tried to sell me on a postpaid plan that was $20 more. When I said I was pleased with my prepaid plan, he adopted a palpable loss of interest.. He had difficulty accessing my records & told me my service couldnt be transferred to my other phone. He actually let me walk out with 2 non-working phones without even trying to help me with a new one or informing me of insurance plans, or comparable service plans. I came back home, got on the computer, and ordered a new phone and service from a competitor. Thats a lost sale. If I was his manager, Id have a serious talk with him.

We stayed at this store when my mothers brand new Galaxy 6 edge stopped working properly. The guy here tried 2 different shim cards in it, reset her phone to factory defaults, and screwed up so badly that he even locked himself out of the phone and made it worse than when we originally went in. He sent us to the Wesley Chapel location who did nothing but continue to give us a run around. We will not go back.

Amber helped us so much fixing all of our billing issues! She also helped us get some new phones and save money on my home phone letting us know we only have to pay $10 a month for it, and even put her number in my phone so I can call her anytime for anything! She's great! Go see her on Thursday's :)

I would give this location less the 1 star. Worst experience in a cell phone store ever on multiple occasions trying to buy a $900 phone and i have been a Verizon customer for almost 4 years! I would not recommend this location to anyone I will be going to Wesley Chapel for any further business.

I had went into the Verizon Wireless in zephyrhills and inquired about a Mobile Hotspot Jetpack. Haleem was excellent. He explained everything about the Plans and Hotspots. He even came to our house to set it up. Very patient and kind guy. Me and my wife highly recommend him!!

Very patient and knowledgable on the plans, phones, and teaching me how to use them. Welcomed me with an offer of a beverage and a place to sit while I waited, normally I have to stand in a corner and take a number!! Glad I decided to go there instead of drive into Tampa!
