My husband and I went in the store this afternoon after my husband called and told the person at the store he would be in to have his phone screen fixed today. Not one time was he told he needed to bring his phone in when I certain person was there to have it fixed. The boy behind the counter told my husband he would have to come back tomorrow when this certain person was there to have it fixed. Once my husband told the boy behind the counter he was not told that yesterday when he called. The boy just said you are still going to have to bring It back tomorrow. My husband turned around to leave and the boy behind the counter lowered his head and started laughing at my husband. This is unacceptable behavior from someone that is suppose to be helping you. I would give this company no stars but I have to fill something in. If you need your phone fixed go else where because this store doesnt take anything seriously. I ever went back in to get the screen we already paid for and was told by this kid we could not get it back because that is their company policy. I have to bring the phone back to the store tomorrow without appointment because I asked for one of those too, to have my husbands phone fixed. This is a company I will not deal with again.

I needed a screen replaced so I came to this store hoping for help. They charged me 163.86 for a screen that within a day was already messed up. I am now using a friends phone for this comment because once again my screen is just as messed up and is completely black. They originally fixed my phone April 9th. Less than 30 days later, I called them for help and they told me I could come in and once again buy a new screen for another 163 dollars just so I can get my pictures off my old phone. I chose to buy a new phone instead and will not be able to retrieve my pictures and music thanks to the my phone repair store and their lack of customer service. The screen they fixed my phone with was a joke. I am alerting you so that you do not waste your money like I did. Opt for a new phone instead. Sincerely, Carrah

Went in expecting to have great customer service and was highly disappointed. The girl working barely looked at my device and said she couldnt do anything for the broken screen. I even brought my own screen into the store! I asked if she would try or at least look at the phone and she let me know "its not worth it". As a customer service agent myself, I was very dissatisfied and obviously my business isnt wanted there. I wont be going back and will let my friends and family know not to waste an hours drive like I did.

Very professional. I did some shopping around with the repair of my iphone 6, and after three other places i did not feel comfortable with, I came upon these folks. Walked in dropped it off and they had the shattered screen changed and ready for pickup so swiftly I barely had time to eat lunch, it was astounding. And the care taken in doing the work was excellent. They also have a guarantee on their work. Wow! Am definitely returning if I have more cell phone work to be done and highly recommend them to anyone.

They are only getting one star because this is the least I can put. I had my phone fixed on Saturday and by Friday my phone screen cracked again. I didnt even drop my phone!! Went back to MyPhoneRepair because they claim to have a 90 day warranty. The boy working said the warrant does not cover physical damage. They replace the screen with CHEAP screens that do not hold up. VERY DISAPPOINTED in quality of product they claim to back. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS, WILL NOT GO BACK.

So about a week after I got my iPhone 7+, I dropped it and the screen just shattered. I took it to My Phone Repair and the service took 2 days for them to repair the crack. I got my phone back and it looked perfectly fine at first, then the screen FELL OFF, and shattered again. The man working refused to repair it and cussed me out! Overall a terrible experience. I dont recommend them.

My phones screen is barely holding in place, even with it being kept in a case 24/7. There are weird bright spots on the display and distinct unresponsive areas. I can also see the backlight through the gap between the screen and body. For the money I spent versus the quality of the job, I wouldve rather sent it to Apple if I hadnt needed it quickly.

Wouldnt install my screen. I purchased and OEM replacement screen for my S7 to ensure it got a quality screen installed in it when I got it repaired but these people will not install it if you dont purchase their screens that you will have no idea of the quality of it. I wouldnt waste my time with these idiots.

My phone shattered two days ago and I was skeptical at first to bring my iPhone 6s here but I decided to give it a chance. Im glad I did. Adam was really nice and got my phone fixed in about 30 minutes. Prices are fair and they give you a 90 day warrant excluding physical damages. Highly recommend

Amazing service and absolutely wonderful reps! Not only did they take care of my totally ruined screen in 30 minutes, but they promoted their specials which helped me save money, and even gave me a courtesy follow-up call! I recommend this over all the repair options in the area!

I brought my iPhone in today because I dropped it and the screen had shattered yesterday. I dropped it off, got a bite to eat and it was done when I came back in the store- good as new! The guy working there was very nice and I got a free screen protector!

Extremely bad service, got my iphone 7+ fixed after about 7 hours of waiting. When I got it, it looked fine. Then after 3 days my phones screen SHATTERED and they wouldnt fix it. Never going there again, would recommend the recell shop in bristol.
