PATHETIC. I went to them because my phone messed up for no reason. They told me it was under warranty and that they would order me a new one. They 100% guaranteed that it would ship over night and be at my house in the morning. Apparently the D.A. put 3-5 day shipping and I probably wont receive my phone until the following week. This is inconvenient for me because I go back to college next week and they told me that there is no way to switch the address once it is shipped. No clue when I will be able to come back to town to get it. Thanks guys, you all are the best.

Went and got new service was advised I wasnt under contract got my bill it was $600 after it was supposed to be $138. VERY DECEITFUL! Had the pleasure of being assisted by manager Gary only after a VERY RUDE RED HEAD Told me I would be charged.for breaking a contract if I returned it and that I couldnt get my money back for a few devices because it had been more than 14 days,.which no one notified me when I bought them. Finally Gary let me return the devices and got my bill to an ACCEPTABLE amount. The only reason I gave two stars rather than one is because of Gary!

Went to have a phone switched, had the displeasure of getting Larry to help me. He is rude and arrogant. Talked down to me, I told him if I know how to set my phone up, I would not have needed to come to the store. He needs to do some line of work that he doesnt have to interact with anyone. Maggie helped me and she was the total opposite experience. My advice avoid Larry at all cost.

Rep Sarah helped me activate my phone that I purchased from Amazon and she was great. I felt guilty not buying a phone or anything from her but that is Verizons fault for being so expensive with their plans and having terrible overall customer service. I might switch to another carrier soon but Sara and Bob may have convinced me to stay. BTW, this is a Verizon corporate store.

I went into this store to see about an upgrade, the guy I talked to pointed me to the phones and said there they are. WOW! I asked about the differences between the phones and he fumbled his way through, I noticed he was a top seller from the awards on his name plate. I dont know how he got that, he was pretty much clueless on the products and services they had to offer.

One of the better Verizon stores in the area. Not perfect by any means but the last time I purchased a phone here, the employees were helpful in keeping my unlimited plan and moving upgrades around (several years ago). Now I stay away from any physical Verizon stores and only buy phones from manufacturers to avoid any unexpected plan changes or upgrade/activation fees.

Beautiful store. Was busy, but the staff was still quick to help. Told them we werent interested in all the extra stuff they were offering and the sales associate didnt push anything. Great experience. In and out (new line, new phone, set up) in like 15 minutes.

Very knowledgeable, friendly staff who are patient with you even if you have trouble understanding all the various service options. First person who greets you at the door can handle all of your needs. Ive never had to wait to speak with someone.

Of course I rate them high they are my call provider, not only does someone greet you at the door, but they have a kiosk on location if you dont feel like talking to anyone and when you leave someone always opens the door

After dealing with the Verizon Store on the Gate City hwy in Bristol, this place is like heaven. The lady that helped us named Sarah (blonde hair). Is very knowledgeable, patient and very kind. Thanks so much.

Great staff, very friendly, helpful! A little more $$ than the others but, you get what you pay for! We wouldnt think of changing carriers! Stop in the exit 7 store and check it out for yourself!
