I turned in my iPhone 6 three weeks ago for iPhone 7 and was assured that my data was wiped out. Well...it wasnt! Exactly two days later someone hacked into my bank account and took every single penny using a chase app pay that was on my old account. I never knew how violated it can be until someone completely took over my identity. Yes it was my mistake that I didnt delete the app but I was shocked that someone in that store could steal my information or at the very least they were careful enough and shipped the phone to wherever without wiping off my sensitive information. Strike 1 I went back to the store two weeks after the incident against my best judgement to turn in my last Sprint bill for device reimbursement. The lady uploaded a copy of my bill and told me to wait for SMS in two days. I got home and received a text message from T-Mobile that the upload failed and someone would call me back. Its been 4 days and I still havent heard from ANYONE. I called the store back yesterday and left a message for store manager to call me...he didnt bother. I called back today and was advised that he would call me back after lunch...still nothing! They steal your information, dont keep their word and ignore phone calls. I thought i could have an honest conversation with the store manager but I guess I am not worth his time. Do NOT fall for the 2/$100 nonsense. Do yourself a favor and stay with AT&T, Verizon or even Sprint. Worst customer services ever!

I got there at 9:25 am and there was two workers helping customers. I had two people ahead of me....I left at 10:00 am without being seen because I have work! But the people before me were waiting for an hour while they worked on the same two customers. And the lady ahead of me complained about the wait and the woman working response was "sorry Im not going to rush with this customer just like I wouldnt rush with you?!?!" But theyre flirting and talking about personal things instead of her getting him in and out! It should not have taken so long! I I will not be returning! I waited all that time for no reason!

I have read a lot of bad reviews on this location but after visiting the location to sign up for my service I can tell you all of the reviews are wrong. The staff has to be one of the friendliest staffs out there they do not rush through your transaction they took the right amount of time to make sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. The store was full of people but they treated every customer the same. They add just the right personal touch to my visit. In multiple visits I have not had a bad experience. We need more stores like this that focus on us customers!

I went in there to buy a new phone case and had to wait in line behind people taking a half a hour setting up new phone plans. There is no prioritization, if a transaction for a new phone case takes a minute then then that person should be rung up with the next available associate and not put on a list and have to sit over a half hour just to purchase a case off the shelf. Im sure if i had a half hour transaction i wouldnt mind someone just making a simple purchase to go in front of me.

Just wanted to say what a GREAT experience we had this morning at your store! Kudos to your salesman Kyle. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and very professional. Kyle went out of his way to select the very best plan and phones to meet our needs. Do yourself a favor and avoid a bad experience purchasing a phone. Go to this store and ask for Kyle. You wont be disappointed!!

Had an awesome experience with Brandon at the Riverview site. He was as quick as the system (and myself!) would allow him to be! He was all around a great rep for your company. He persevered through 3 different PIN acquisitions from 3 different carriers and managed to get everything right! Great job!

Be careful when you go because certain times of the day or far more congested than others, like the end of the day. Also be wearing that theres a sign up sheet. They dont always tell you so if you dont sign your name on the sheet you may have gotten there first but you may be served last.

Store is clean, products are well organized, but service is always slow at this location. I signed up with T-Mobile for my business & personal use and love the cell service. But, if you have to visit this location please go early and know you will be there for up to an hour or more.

Brought my phone in for a warrany exchange, very friendly and helpful staff. Tried to upsell me on an upgrade but were fine when I turned it down (just the right amount of pressure). Glad I dont have to go to Brandon for a T Mobile store anymore:-)

For the entire year of service i have had problems with my bill. I have to visit the place once a month to get my billing straight. Every time im charge for something i did not ask for. And the bill is allways a different amount. They suck.
