When we were picking out the mattresses we decided to buy just a mattress (no foundation) and also pick it up ourselves to save money. However the salesperson at the store told us that we were going "too low" and tried to convince us to have it delivered so he could "meet his quota." That alone was uncomfortable but then we went to pick up our mattress at the warehouse and the man working there made a comment about how I looked like Katy Perry and then he said "Me and Katy Perry, in the house, woot woot." I felt very uncomfortable and it was an unprofessional comment. Then he scolded my 25 year old fiancé for starting to look at the mattresses in the warehouse while we waited.

We visited this location about a while back looking for a new bed. We were happy with our experience but being a big purchase we wanted to shop a little and be sure. We got talked into another bed by a different company. Guess what... We are returning that bed and went straight back to Brad at Mattress Firm to make our purchase and left feeling much better about our sleeping situation.

Derrick was our sales associate and he did a fantastic job for us. Very patient and knowledgeable. We took a long time to decide because its a long term decision and he let us take our time and didnt push anything. We got a good deal on a memory foam Mattress and derrick worked to get us our best deal. Very happy.
