Purchased a Kingsdown Cabernet mattress from Furniture and Things. The big selling point of the mattress was its "lifetime warranty" and "guaranteed customer satisfaction" What a joke!!! we have been nothing but dissatisfied with the mattress and its tremendous sagging and Furniture and things will do nothing to help us make this right. They wont even attempt to act on our behalf with the manufacturer Kingsdown. I will never step foot in a Furniture & Things store again nor will i ever purchase a Kingsdown mattress again!

Bought a few items here to outfit my apartment. Its not cheap furniture, but the quality is great for the price. Ya get what ya pay for... They also gave my little one a beanie baby while I looked around the store. If I had a bigger need to buy furniture Id be here weekly. Loved the staff. Very helpful.
