i will have to say i read all these reviews and for being a customer for 4 years and 8 vehicles from small cars to minivans i have not had a problem with tom or david or there cars. i know im buying a used car so i have to do what is right and do maintance to prevent all these cars breaking down. if you get a new car and dont do the maintance it will do the same thing and break down. i have not had any issues at all with the cars besides the normal mantaining of the cars that i get and they last me until im ready to get rid of them. so tom and david i will say i am always going to be a customer to you and you will have my business.

i bought a car from perfered auto asked for a car fax they said they didnt have one and talked me into buying my car i have now i bought it in march drove it for 2 weeks and the car was done i took it to a few different machanics and they all said the same thing it was the transmission when i took it back and talked to tom he said oh well not his problem they knew there was something wrong with the vehical when i bought it but did nothing to help fix it i have young kids who now have to ride the bus but shouldnt have to i would never recommend anyone to go to that place to get a car it cost more to fix it then it did to buy the car

A+ Service... Ive bought 3 vehicles from Tom at Preferred Auto the past 2yrs and have never had a problem with the dealership. Their In-House Financing is a wonderful option for those of us responsible adults who DO pay our bills on time. Remember these are used vehicles, not new so get a Pre-Purchase Inspection done at your local mechanic. That being said Ive found plenty of good deals at Preferred Autos on fully loaded vehicles I could never have afforded when new, but now i can. BTW driving and loving the newer Altima :)

I went in here to test drive a few of their vehicles. Took the first one on a test drive and i liked the drive on it but it had an awful smoke smell, not to mention multiple other problems. I went in with a counter offer and they just flat rejected it. I asked to see another car and he said "why so you can drive it around and give me another insulting offer?" ive never had a used car dealer get so pissy during negotiations. He acted like a pouting baby. Dont go here there is plenty of other dealerships up and down pacific ave.

Tom is a great guy, I have purchased 3 cars from him and not had any problems at all. For those of you that want to hound on him saying he sold you lemons you are out of your mind period. Know your facts Facts are very very rarely does any used car lot even give you a warranty period. The fact is when you buy a used car you need to expect little things to be wrong it is normal period. He takes care of his cutomers very well in my opinion. I will always buy from Tom.

Starting lawsuit for severe carbon monoxide poisoning due to VERY faulty car with bad piston rings. Over $60,000 in hospital bills. Was sick within days of purchase, had paperwork within 2 weeks stating "DO NOT DRIVE CAR!!!!" called to even trade across and Tom didnt want to hear it. Its all good though, the law firm loved hearing it. "As is" does not mean it is legal to sell a deadly, poisonous vehicle. Check the BBB prior to considering.

I would get another car from them, but there are certain rules and certain criteria that you must take into consideration when buying anything used and even new. Get whatever youre buying checked out before you sign any dotted line. I got what I paid for from them. After two years, Im satisfied. The price could have been so little lower but hey, its a business after all, they have to make a profit too.

My fiance and I were reccomended to go to Tom through my father in law and he is very understanding and made a very good deal with us. He made it very clear that we were buying our vehicle AS IS. I dont think people understand that phrase. Our vehicle has been very good. I would reccomend going to him if you have bad credit or repoes ect.

I stopped by there this past weekend just to look but they made me feel as if I was a waste of their time. No one greeted me or talked to my while I was there. Ill be going elsewhere and would advise the same to anyone else. They were extremely unprofessional with no customer service.

This a faulty car dealership!! They have no respect for their customers!! All they care about is getting their brok down lemon cars off the lot!! They have screwed a lot of people out of their money!! Do not come here if you know what is good for you!!
