From start to finish, the car buying experience at Full Throttle far and away exceeded my expectations! Steve, the owner of Full Throttle went out of his way to learn exactly what type of car I actually needed. I went in looking for a Toyota Prius, but ended up leaving with a Toyota Camry Hybrid thanks to Steves sound and knowledgable advice that caused me to realize that the Prius was not the best suited car for my needs. After deciding on one of the Camrys he had available, Steves wife then made the actual buying process exceedingly simple and hassle free. Throughout the entire experience, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, and everyone at Full Throttle went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Afterwards, Steve stayed in close contact in order to sort out any minor issues that arose - he even went as far as to offer to not only provide a free replacement battery, but also to personally come out to my home to replace and install the battery himself, a prime example of the personal touch you will experience at Full Throttle - the way Steve, his wife and the others working there operate is with genuine care for the customer, a key trait that is sorely lacking at larger, more commercial used car dealers. In the end, the issue was easily resolved, and the issue had nothing to do with Full Throttle. I left Full Throttle completely satisfied and thrilled with the overall buying experience. If anyone I know is in the market for a used car, I will not hesitate to send them directly to Full Throttle!

I saw a beautiful red sports car advertised online, so I had to make the trip to Full Throttle Auto Sales to check it out! I was greeted very kindly by Parichat, as Steve was away for the day. The car was even more beautiful than the pictures! I took the car out for a test drive and loved it! We came back to the office, which as others have mentioned is located within a storage unit complex, and I chatted with AJ the mechanic about the car. He told me there were a couple of repairs being done, to get it ready for the sale. Feeling confident that I would be taken care of by this dealership, I agreed to the purchase of the car. Parichat was able to line up the financing at a local credit union, since I hadnt made any arrangements of my own. I returned to purchase the car the next day, and also then met Steve. I was impressed that he and their detailer had gone over the car (a 2002) once more with the polisher, and had made it look as pristine as it could get! It was stunning. I could tell they wanted me to be pleased with the purchase...and they nailed it : ) I have to say that Steve, Parichat and AJ are some of the nicest people I have met! They are a friendly, polite, open, honest, and relaxed group of folks, who are there to make sure you drive away a satisfied customer, who will want to return, to the best low key dealership - ever! Thank you for making it your job to take good care of your customers, and I wish you many more successful years in the auto sales industry.

Its rare for me to leave reviews for companies but I felt like I truly have to with Full Throttle Auto Sales. To start, I contacted them with a few questions about a BMW X5. Steve answered them completely and even took the time to go out to the vehicle and give me a full detailed walk around. I then told him Id discuss it with my wife and get back to them. This is where the truly remarkable experience started. My wife and I talked about it for a couple days and during that time I did not receive solicitation phone calls non-stop unlike 2 other local dealers. Full throttle auto sales lets their cars sell themselves and with their super competitive pricing and non overly aggressive sales tactics, it works! To put it in perspective, the closest price on a comparative X5 was in Dallas, Texas and even then, Full Throttle Auto Sales beat that price by $1100. Another spectacular part was how fast I was in and out of there. From getting there, test driving, completing my inspection, them completing my trade-in inspection, and finishing all paperwork, I was out of there in under 2 hours. Thats unheard of. In closing, with their amazing customer service, great pricing, and the included 3 month/3000 mile warranty I couldnt say no. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch experience and a price that cant be beat! Thanks to Steve and family for everything!!!

I was originally skeptical of Full Throttle because it looked like it was a storage unit, but the fantastic reviews caused me to go for it. Im really happy that I did, because this was by far the best car buying experience I have had. To begin with, there was absolutely zero pressure. I called about the car I was interested in and i had a bunch of questions. Steve answered them all, and even went and double checked how some things worked on the car for me and called me back. When I was ready to see it, Steve and Parichat stayed late in the evening to accommodate my schedule. Once I arrived, Steve gave me a complete walk through of the car, and made a special point to show me everything that may remotely be wrong with it. He also gave me a full walkthrough of the car and its features, and even brought out a big detailing light to put into the car to make extra sure we didnt miss any flaws. The car was detailed to basically new condition. I would (and will) unconditionally recommend them to friends. And...if they dont have exactly what youre looking for you should call them anyway - they will search out and find the exact car you want.

An outstanding, high-integrity, small, family-owned used car dealership. The owners (Steve and Parichat) were incredibly helpful through the sales process (and beyond)! Dont expect a big fancy dealership with all the amenities, but do expect great deals and an outstanding experience. Steve and Parichat care greatly about customer service and satisfaction (not to mention taking good care of the vehicles in their inventory). I noticed a few minor scratches in the vehicle that I purchased just before we closed the sale. Steve was kind enough to buff them out for me. Just as he was finishing up, he made a mistake that resulted in some minor damage to the paint (oops). Even though our sale was closed, they made the situation right by sending out a professional mobile auto paint repairman to my home to fix the damaged spot and get the car looking practically new again. Full Throttle Auto Sales earned my trust and respect with this gesture. You should strongly consider giving them your business if youre in the market for a used vehicle. I know Ill be recommending them to my family and friends.

As with all other reviewers, if we could give more than 5 stars we would! After much reading, reviewing and searching online and in person for one type of car in particular (the previous dealerships we dealt with simply paled in comparison) we found the car we had been searching for--only this time in excellent condition at a fantastic price! Steve and his wife Parichat were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process--we never once felt pressured to buy, nor did we feel ignored--rather, they were most welcoming and their mechanic --also super friendly -- reviewed the cars inspection results with us thoroughly to ensure we could make a fully informed decision. In addition, Steve demonstrated immaculate attention to detail when it came to the cars presentation--our car was so clean you could eat off the floor mats!
