SRM Dealership conducts excellence in all aspects of Customer Service, Professionalism, Hassle free Dealership. Treats you with respect too.. We had Mike Glasser as our sales person,representative that helped us get our SUV , really nice , and not pushy , honest salesman . The SUV we purchased 2 months ago is well inspected and proved in very good condition . They sell quality automobiles before they set it for sale. Melissa Blaylock did our financing which came out as a breeze. I just sent them my financial records prior to driving to San Rafael which is 180 miles away. And everything is really approved for you . Not like all the scams , just to get your foot in the door of any dealership . Say your approve but they will keep you hostage for a whole day back and forth . I call Melissa as the BMW guru since she knows and just plain smart about the job she does. Bottomline, "Its well worth a drive , to go and check their dealership and take home a good descent automobile of your purchase. I continue to refer highly and proudly to anybody I know and I will purchase my car from San Rafael Mitsubishi from now on" !!!

Had a guy from the dealer call my wife and tell her what options they had as soon as he went over the list of cars I was sure that it was a ripe off due to us finding a better priced car in CARMAX but me trying to give back to the community decided to give the a try and see if we could come to a fair price the guy starts being belligerent and rude about trying to negotiate you are a dealer your job is to provide a deal hello just bought a premium Evo X for almost the same price your trying to sell me that blue one that is not a way to do business that is probably why you have so many and probably send them to another store to sell because I would not buy a anything from your dealer from my experience with you over the phone

I had been looking for a used BMW 3 series convertible for a few months and had been jerked around at a couple of dealerships I almost bought from before finding San Rafael Mitsubishi. They were very upfront, honest and straight forward on the phone and in person. The owner/manager personally worked with me on getting financed, got me a great deal and even followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I was happy. I have since sent 2 of my friends to them and will definetely go there first next time.

I called and spoke to mark about my intentions on purchasing a used evo on their lot. I get there, they show me the car then tell me they dont allow test drives until further down the sales process. How In the heck are you supposed to know if youre interested in a USED car without test driving it?!? They should have been UPFRONT with me on the phone before I took time off of work to come and test drive and check out their car. What a waste of my time.

SR Mitsubishi has been my go-to spot for cars and parts. Ive dealt with their service, parts and sales department and they have all exceeded my expectations every time. I was blown away by their ratings on here but something doesnt look right as all the one star ratings all originated at the same time. My personal experience have been great dealing with SR Mitsubishi every time.

bought a cute car at a fair price- however called back 9 months later due to needing 2800 in repair - and ask if I could trade it back in for a more expensive car- with less miles - they didnt offer me anything / this year I have spent another 4900 and since then have air bag , carburetor and check engine light on.... I sure wish I never went there .

My family and I went to check out a mustang they had available. We wanted to check the total of the car and finance it. The monthly payment did not work for us. And they got mad they were not professional at all. I honesty do not recommend this place!!! We will never go to this ever again.
