Giving 1 star rating this high for this place. Worst experience of my life. The day after we drove off the lot the car had transmission issues, bubble on tire, a warning light came on telling us that the air bag on the passengers side did not work, and tire sensor said tires were low. I called Joe who told me that he would get these things fixed. He did the bare minimum. Used transmission, cheapest tires he could find, etc. 9 months later after lots of new issues and numerous repeated issues we found the transmission that was replaced is going out. We bought a car for my daughter and decided to go through their financing a small portion so that my daughter could make payments and start building her credit. Today we went to Toyota, they gave us a copy of the car fax report that showed this car had been in two accidents. One of the accidents we were told totaled the car. Also the mileage went from 140,000 miles to 158,000 miles, and back to 147,000 miles when we purchased it. We asked Joe for the car fax report when we got the car and he smiled and said he looked over the car fax report and everything was great with the car. He also stated that they were using the car as their runner car as they liked it so much. We found out today they only had the car for 16 days when we purchased this car. Hind sight 20/20. This is the most crooked experience I have ever had with a car dealer. I am in my 50s and I have purchased many cars through the years. If your smart you wont go here.

If I wouldclumd give this dealership a zero start rating I would! I bought a car here almost a year ago, as soon as I drove it off the lot my car was having issues! I had to call them so they could send someone out to help me figure out why my brakes werent working I was stuck at a gas station for 2 1/2 hours before anyone arrived! The problem was "fixed by rigging it", later on we had more issues with the car the check engine light kept coming on and my car kept over heating! I had to replace the radiator myself, then my windows starting malfunctioning they kept going up and down by themselves so I had to keep the windows on lock at all times! Not only did I call to have them help me fix this issue and to talk to the owner I never got a call back! The worst and scariest part is I was driving with my 3 month old in the car when the car completely stopped working on the highway!!! Black smoke starting coming out from under the hood out of my tail pipe, my instruments in the car werent working, it wasnt telling me my car was over heating at all, I have bought several cars myself and Ive never had a bad experience in tell I went to this dealership I should have believed the reviews but instead I ignored them! Please if you are going to go and get a car please do not choice 253 Motors, they will sucker you out of money with cars that are unreliable.

I would not want anyone to buy a car from here!!!!!!! I bought a car two months ago and still is have no license plates, called for over a week, I was told that they tracked the plates and would be on today. I still have no plates and now cant drive the car I bought.

Lots of other used car lots around.ive bought 4 yes 4 cars from.here.. super friendly owner whos willing to work with you. He doesnt high pressure sale you, seems very genuine unlike most sleazy car salesman
