This was the only dealership were I felt comfortable making a deal. Prior to purchasing a car from Excellent Choice Auto Sales, I was in and out of a handful of dealerships where the staff just could NOT work with me for some reason. I would even get phone calls the next day from other dealerships saying that theyve change their minds and able to meet my expectations.... Quite the experience. At this place I worked with a team of three great people: Viry Servin AJ Hamedian Juan Aguirre Between the three of them, I had a great experience. I was greeted right away and they were willing to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone else for sure. If you do go there, I hope your experience is as great as mine was. Thank you Viry, AJ, and Juan. I love my new ride!

It all started when I went to talk to "Ross" the sales man about a trade in for something that would be more construction friendly. These guys dont even deserve half star. They somehow get you financed $10,000 over retail value of the car. I have done some research on the car they sold me and found out that the same car a few miles away sold for $10,000 less with less miles then what they sold me. Iam two years into my loan and Im still $12,000 in negative equity. I feel like they have tied me up in debt for 6years. I have looked into giving it back to the bank but that will only ruin my credit for life. They claimed they gave me a good deal and in the end they just lie to you and silently tell you to bend over for them...

I had an appointment with Rick set for today at 6:00pm he called to confirm and I told him I am still very interested in the truck, he said great and he would see me at 6:00pm. I showed up at 5:30pm and Rick had left not only did he leave they also sold the truck now I understand first come first serve but where was the call saying that he cant make the appointment time or someone else will help you and most of all why not call and say sorry your truck sold I know you were scheduled to look at it but Im more than happy to help you still instead I drove 45 minutes for him not to be there and the truck sold. This is very unprofessional

I bought an SUV from the Marysville location. The buying experience was a very positive one. But before I made my first car payment my SUV was in the shop. I first took it to the repair place they recommended and he said it just needed a little grease on the ball joints. The creaking came back a few days later. I took it to another shop for a second opinion. It has now been 2 weeks and $2500 later and the suspension is finally fixed. Do not buy without an inspection! That was my mistake. And their mechanic throwing some grease on the problem didnt help anything. Have your own mechanic look over any car before you buy!

You never really know what your going to get when it comes to buying USED Vehicles, however, this dealership really makes sure that they have quality vehicles in stock to look at! On top of that the sales rep I worked with Juan, did not pressure me into any particular car, was willing to test drive as many cars as I wanted to, and only wanted to help me get the car that was going to meet my needs. I had my 11yr old daughter with me during the test drives and both of us had a great experience! Needless to say I walked away with a vehicle I am more than happy with! I hope your experience is as good as mine!

May 3rd I bought a Jeep from ECA and I have tried to call and talk with Manuel or Tony almost every other day since with no call back from either, or anyone at all. I am having a problem with the Jeep and called on the 3rd day and was told I would be called back within the hour. Well its 5/18 & still no call from anyone. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I bought my dream car from Excellent choice auto about 2 months ago. had a great experience. The sales guy listened to what we were looking for and offered a great car with fantastic price. A week later my friend bought his car from them. He also loved the no pressure service and the quality. I definitely recommend them!!!

Would not go through with cancelling my gap and extended warranty. How can you buy a car from a place who does bad business. I will give my money back. Funny how I only bought it 4 months ago. Very unprofressional and I feel bad for anyone who does business here. What a joke.

Sales people were good, beware of the financing. A month later and I am still getting letters from banks saying that I didnt qualify. I had already been pre-approved by my credit union but they were going to find me a better rate........Im sure my credit rating took a big hit.

Great experience! We went to Excellent Choice looking for a good quality used car that wasnt too expensive. The sales team didnt pressure us or try to get us to go up in price range at all. They made everything so easy. I definitely recommend them!
