Terrible customer service, I called to get info on a vehicle I was interested in and was belittled by the sales person. I told him that his partner office in Renton had told me to call Sunset of Everett and he said "Do you know how to read?" when I responded with a yes, he told me to go read up on it again. Had a thick foreigner accent, clearly doesnt know how American sales etiquette works.

i bought a car from him and he was very good and nice.drove the car and it was fine , i will always go back to him.he is a good man.he also races baha al over .gave my kids a signed poster of his race car.and a free toy.also went to dmv and change all paper work for me.i still have the car today.and still run great.

I was going to buy a car here last week, but decided to wait. The man is straightforward and honest. He doesnt do month to month payments, but is willing to make an agreement of 3/4 down and the rest in a couple installments.
