Hector was a very friendly sales man with good conversation skills when test driving and observing the cars. My husband and I overall enjoyed working with him. However, upon arriving home with our new *used* car, we found ourselves disappointed. For starters, the add we found on Craigslist had many pictures of the vehicle, one of which was a rear shot of the vehicle with the "AWD" emblem. After an hour and a half drive to see the vehicle, we discovered that it in fact is NOT an AWD and the photo of the vehicle was not advertising true information. This appears to be false advertising. Once we removed the overpowering dealership air fresheners, we discovered a terrible oder caused by a previous smoking owner of twelve years. This leaves us with a huge hassle of deodorizing the vehicle ourselves with car bombs, upholstery sprays, and new filters. We would have greatly appreciated this information before purchasing this SUV, as it may have effected our decision to purchase the car. Looking at the FWD vs AWD issue and terrible orders, in addition to current market prices, we feel that we were overcharged for this vehicle in its condition. Our dissapointment was ultimately caused by this dealerships dishonesty in their sales and withheld information about the vehicle. Again, their dealership was very friendly, easy to work with, and sent us out with what appears to be a good running vehicle that shouldnt break down anytime soon, but the dealership appears to have held back the whole truth about the car that would have effected our sale. We would be much more likely to recommend this dealership to others if they promoted honesty and true facts about their vehicles. If this was the case, we would have had a much more enjoyable experience.

Glad to see the reviews here are better than Yelp! I didnt look at any of them before hand, but had a great experience! We didnt know exactly what we wanted to get or even if we wanted a truck or an SUV, we just knew that we needed a vehicle to tow a boat. I once got a super good deal on a car in great shape at a used dealership like this, so we decided to look here. My fiance and I went in on a Saturday just to look for a truck. We drove in, were directed to parking, and were greeted by Victor who helped us the rest of the day. We told Victor what we were looking for and were behind the wheel of a Ford F150 within 10 minutes. We were actually sold on that car right then and there, were easy, but Victor insisted we try out some others for comparison to make sure. We ended up settling on the F150. While the numbers were being crunched, we started to doubt our choice... We had car faxes and quotes sitting on the table and were asking about something in between an SUV and a truck, which is when Victor said hed back up a 2008 Chevy Avalanche I had already passed over and denied a test drive on. We walked outside and it was literally exactly what we were looking for. Gorgeous luxury interior in a crew-cab with a truck bed. I popped the hood on all the vehicles and the engine was in great shape... So... TLDR: We ended up trading in our car on the spot for the Chevy that day! They gave us a great deal on the trade in value of our car and the truck was fairly priced. I dont think Ive ever had such a good car buying experience. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

I have always purchased my vehicles from dealerships or private parties. My husband has been looking for a 2008 Ford Expedition Limited for 8 months. They are hard to find due to the low production numbers in 2008-2009. He looked at this vehicle one day and then we went back to look at it again. He was impressed with the undercarriage and how well it drove, it was also in excellent condition. Maurice rode along with us on our test drive and was very, very helpful, pleasant and low key. I have to rate Maurice the best car salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. It was so refreshing that Maurice did not try the old, stale "used car" jargon on us, I have zero tolerance for it. If a sales person tries this it makes me walk out the door without a second thought. Im 65 years old and do not like to be insulted with "used car" jargon. I was giddy that Maurice didnt have an ounce of jargon in him. Not once did I feel pressured to make up my mind, he answered our questions honestly. The only thing we found wrong with the vehicle was that the heated and cooled seats did not work. Del Sol got right on it, and had it fixed the next day. We brought a check and purchased the vehicle that day. We just took it to our local Ford dealership and told them to give it a good going over to see if it needed anything. They came back with "you have a very good vehicle, we couldnt find a thing wrong". Thank you Maurice and Del Sol for making this purchase so positive! I would recommend Del Sol to any of my friends.

I am so glad I am came across Del Sol Auto Sales on craigslist. I called Del Sol for pricing of the Black Infiniti. I knew it was out of my price range but wanted to know. I told my husband to meet me at Del Sol to test drive the Armada. l was shocked to see the same Black Infiniti QX on the ramp that caught my eyes a week ago. That explained why I have Victors card in my car. We stopped by a week ago and talk to Victor for about 5 minutes. I remember saying, "Good Lord, I cant afford it". When we came back the second time, it caught my eyes again. I asked Rey if we can test drive it. I was WOW from the outside and double WOW when I saw the inside. I fell in love with the car and I just had to take it home. I think everything happen for a reason and destiny brought us back to the same car! Thank you Rey for letting us test drive it and thank you Edgar for convincing me to stop by and see where that leads us. I am so happy to take home our new 2008 Infiniti QX56 Black on Black fully loaded. Thank you Del Sol for making my dream come true. You guys made buying/financing experience so easy and it does not cost me arms & legs. You guys had the best communications, very friendly and for once I dont feel pressure. Thank you Victor for the quote, to my husband, "Happy wife, happy life". You are right! I am a happy wife and 3 happy kids too! We will be back for our next car and I am sending my friends & family your way! :)

My wife and I drove up from Olympia originally to purchase a vehicle from Best Bet Auto Sales, but they sold the vehicle without notifying me. Another sales rep (from Carson Auto sales), John Skocilich, referred me to Robin at Del Sol. We went to Del Sol and met with Robin and Rey Rodriguez. From the beginning we got a good feeling about them. There was no pressure, but Rey answered all of questions and was very "down to earth". He made us feel very comfortable and assured us we would be driving home in a new vehicle. Rey showed us a couple of nice vehicles and one extremely nice vehicle; we asked for the price and it was out of our budget, but Rey told us they would work with us. 5 minutes later, we were test driving the vehicle. We fell in love with it. When we got back, we had a great time negotiating the final price and they got us an incredible finance rate. 1 hour later, we were driving off the lot with our new vehicle and we couldnt be more ecstatic. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that would like a "no pressure" and extremely joyous buying experience. They are a small, family owned dealership that will treat you with respect, honesty and integrity.
