Unbelievable!! THE WORST. I bought a car from this place about six months ago. Within less than 48 hours, the car broke down, radiator exploded and the car overheated in the middle of downtown Seattle rush hour traffic with anti-freeze spraying everywhere. They were initially very quick to respond and offered to replace the radiator and correct their wrong. The owner even personally called and told me if I continued to have problems, I could return the car and choose another. While they were fixing my car, I found an ad for the SAME CAR on another dealership site for $2,000 less than the lowest price they were "able to sell it to me for" the VIN #s were a match, it was undoubtedly the same car. I got the car back and within a week, the radiator blew again. Obviously, they didnt replace it like they had said. This time they were rude about fixing it for me and said that if it broke again it was my problem. Im not sure why a brand new radiator that they supposedly put in would continue to break.... but, shocker.... it indeed has leaked and broken over and over again, at my expense. Also within a month, the emblems fell off of the car, exposing that they had been held on with tape. The drivers side window fell into the door, costing over $1,000 to repair because the mechanic explained it had been duct taped and glued previously, they had to rebuild the inner workings of the door. I bought it during the summer, once it rained, I realized the sunroof leaks, and rain pours through all of the buttons on the roof. The speakers quit working one by one, then the radio quit working all together, the engine and transmission lights came on, the suspension went out as well as the power steering. All of the heat, ac, radio buttons, etc, have fallen off because they were broken and super glued on. If you lock the doors, the alarm goes off constantly. The bluetooth was broken and has never paired any devices although I was guaranteed it would work. The battery drains because of the electrical problems so it needs to be jumped and the battery needs to be replaced regularly. The warranty they sold me has covered nothing that has broken. The owner and salespersons quit returning my calls after the second time they "fixed" the radiator. Also, it came with one key. They wouldnt agree to get me another one at the time of purchase so they salesman said to make the sale, he would personally pay to have the key made for me and gave me his number........ he lied. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They sold me a lemon and they couldnt care less. They got their money and clearly dont care about return customers or word of mouth.

Heres the deal, I went into this knowing it was a used car so I wasnt expecting the world. I had been corresponding with one of the salesman for about a week regarding a specific truck. The communication was good, I felt confident, had a down payment ready and the truck I wanted in sight. I live in Silverdale so I had to take the ferry, also have two small children so I had to arrange for childcare...no biggy cause I knew I was coming home with the truck I wanted. I get off the ferry and give a call to carson and say I am on the way "I will page Ben and let him know, your truck will be ready." Cool, I am thinking. At this point I have been anticipating driving it, and buying it. I finally get down there to Carson...Ben is out driving my truck, warming it up, I am told. Ok, so far so good. Everyone in the office seems kind and polite, I am feeling like I made the right choice. Finally I meet Ben. and the worst part begins. First he asks if I am there to see one truck, then another seemingly forgetting he ever spoke with me. Then finally, We go out to see the truck...only its not the truck we had been discussing for more than a week. this one is subpar, this one smells funny, has tons of miles on it, interior has duct tape holding the seats together in the backseat...come to find out MY truck...the one I had been asking about for the last week or so is actually in their shop. Go to see it. The front differential is on the ground, told it will be two weeks before it will even be ready for the test drive. I ask if he can start it up...he does...its squeeling and knocking...I ask...are you guys going to fix that too? he says they will. Funny part, I am still interested. I still want to buy this...especially now that I KNOW everything will be fixed. We get back to the office...and I am pretty much brushed off. More or less no longer important. I make an offer, a low one I might add, but I make one anyway. I am quickly shut down...and turned away more or less. Not shown any other vehicles, I even asked "that ones got a lot of miles" I was told...but I felt more or less like I was some sort of burden. Like my being there was somehow taking away from time being spent making bigger better deals. So I left, no truck, no deal, nothing. I would have loved to buy that truck...now I see it is being offered for waaaaay more than the other price. shame. I had a bunch of friends looking for trucks just like me...they could have really scored some business. They had me, they HAD the business...then forgot who I was, what I wanted and to make me feel like my business mattered.

On Labor Day,I went to check out a Ford Escape at Carson Cars despite the distance from Seattle and the size of the dealership. Id read the reviews online and was encouraged by the whole "family-owned" scenario. I was ready to buy if I liked the car, and had already lined up financing through USAA. When I got there, I waited at least 10 minutes for help. Granted it was a busy day and within about an hour and a half of their closing time. A salesman named Tori was rushing around, trying to help everyone but I had called ahead and had been instructed to speak to Phil. I met Phil, finally, and he did not even stand up to greet me or give me his full attention. He was half on a cell phone and half out the door. Tori handed me the keys and pointed me in a general section of the lot. The car wasnt even in that area of the lot and it seemed pretty bizarre that the salesmen werent aware of the location of the car. I finally found the car and started checking it out. It was in decent condition, in terms of the body and the interior but the moonroof didnt work, there was a headrest missing and some of the leather was torn from the seams. Id brought some CDs to check out the CD changer and stereo, so I loaded one into the player. It never played and I was never able to get it back out. Needless to say, I was not impressed. I didnt even bother test driving it and went back to the office (still no salesman had appeared to help me, I was wondering around the lot by myself). Again I had to wait another 10-15 minutes to talk to anyone. Tori appeared again and I told him the CD player had eaten my CD. He was simpathetic but directed me to Phil to give him my contact information so when they recovered the CD, they could return it to me. I followed Phil to another building (still half on the cell phone, half desperate to escape) and handed him my contact information. He didnt apologize at all. He seemed completely disinterested and just said "Well, I have a newer Ford Explorer. You wanna look at that?" I declined and walked out. What a waste of time and of a CD (which I never expect to see again). Avoid this place.
