I went in to test drive an auto in the pouring-down rain, talked to the salesman Chris who said that there was no warranty on the car but, certainly, if something went wrong within 24 hours, they would fix it - they wanted to maintain a good customer rating. I bought the car, went next day, again in rain to pick up the car, asked Chris if he had driven the car at high speed or on the freeway (I hadnt), and he said I should have no problems, "just call me" if somethings wrong. When I got home and parked under an awning in the light, I saw that the windshield had several small chips in it, so I called Chris to report it - he said he would talk to the manager. The next day, after I had a total of 56 miles on this car, 2 of the chips had developed into half-inch cracks coming from both sides of the windshield! I called All Right Auto and Mike, the manager said, basically "tough luck - you bought the car "as is". NO ONE SHOULD TRUST OR BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE!!! Now, 2 days after picking up the car, the cracks have doubled in length, it is only a matter of short time until the whole windshield falls apart, and its too dangerous to drive until I come up with more money to replace a windshield that NO car dealer should allow.

I first went to all right in a desperate search for a reliable car to commute with to and from school, I ended up buying a honda civic , within a week the car started over heating and the once helpful chris ( salesman) suddenly couldnt remember the transaction after several referrals and messages i finally spoke to sheryl (some sort of manger) who instructed me to go to an auto shop in renton that said the car just needed a thermostat which was covered within two weeks the car started overheating again so i went to honda which said my thermostat had not been replaced and that i needed my radiator replaced so far i have spent 1200 repairing this car and I still have to pay 2000 for the head gasket to be replaced -now i find myself 4 months after purchase not only paying car payments insuarance and gas but also having to pay about 3500 to repair a car i bought for 6500. This dealership is HORRIBLE!!!!!! please save yourself the stress and pursue another option

My experience with this dealership couldnt have been any better. Last year I went to them with no credit, no car history, nothing. I got denied from the bank for the loan and they worked out in house payments with me and I was able to drive off the lot same day. I have spent the last year paying for my vehicle and every month I went in there I felt welcomed. Every time I pull up and walk to the door there was always someone there to open the door for me and greet me. I mostly delt with Shannon, Yahmin, and Joe, and they are amazing with what they do. So if your looking for a dealership that is not just willing to work with you but is friendly and caring then this is definitely the place to go. Thanks you guys again for everything! I am greatful for the chance you took on me and will for sure recommend this place to anyone and everyone in the future. And when Im ready for a new car I will for sure be back!!

Just wanted to say thanks to All Right Auto Sales. I fly in from Colorado to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. It was a great value and experience with them. Chris, my salesman, help me out by doing a completed detailed inspection of the vehicle and reported via phone all information back to me before I put money down to hold the vehicle while I flew into Sea/Tac airport. Then Joe, the manger/owner, helped me out with the Title problems here in Colorado. Joe managed to get me a new title from Washington state and overnight it back to me here in Colorado. So if your looking for a vehicle, All Right Auto Sales may have it. Check with them on the internet. If you dont buy from All Right Auto Sales, you didnt do yourself right. Great place, I was looking to buy a Toyota Sienna van for the family, after looking at all the big Toyota dealers, I felt they are all trying to pressure you to buy, and they did not care to answer questions, then I saw a 2015 Sienna online and drove down from Redmond to All Right Auto Sales. I couldnt be happier, not only the price was below all the big dealers, the staff was friendly, they showed me all the issues with the car before I bought it, they were all minor, as well as car fax, which was clean. Car was detailed and ready to drive, it came with one key, so when I mentioned that I was going to buy new key from the dealership, the owner Joe showed me where to buy it from (online) and save couple hundred dollars, I would go back and buy from them again. I like dealing with family owned local small businesses because they tend to pay more attention to customers.

my girlfriend and i came in on a Saturday to hopefully find a safe and reliable vehicle. After hours of bad service and shiesty salesman we came across all right auto sales. not only did we get a killer deal but they went above and beyond to ensure every inch the vehicle was in top shape. now mind you before they put any vehicle on the lot they go through an extensive safety check on every vehicle. on the test drive i noticed the rotors appeared to be shot. we returned to the lot and looked the trunk to find a small amount of mold. this car seem to be perfect except for those two issues. without hesitation they replaced the rotors as well as the breaks free of charge, gave the vehicle a full detail job and even got a pop eyes lunch out of it. i will recommend all right auto to all of my friends and family. thanks guys for going above and beyond.

They were true to their word and my daughter was able to get her first car. The price was right, the payment was right and i would recommend them to anyone who is looking to by a car. The process was very painless, great car buying experience! SHOUTOUT TO DAVID & BALDEMAR Ok folks, when I wrote the review on Sunday I was pre-mature. In the beginning it looked like they were the ones to go to but now they are the ones to just drive by. After filling out the papers and my daughter driving home and living the vehicle, 3 days later came disappointment from the bank so we had to give the vehicle back. It was a blessing that we did cause soon after that the check engine light came on. There is a sigh of relief of not getting my daughter a lemon to have to deal with. Do what you want but All Right Sales in my opinion is All Wrong Sales!

WORSE PLACE TO EVERR GO TO!!!!!! First they told us we needed a co signer and cant help. Then, if we get $800 (plus my trade in) we can get a car .. Well that changed to $500 then $300 THEN $200. Then all of a sudden the mechanic left for the day and couldnt look at my car and to come back tomorrow. Next day, the sale guy weve been dealing with was avoiding our calls allll morning, the lady we did speak to did told us that the mechanic was IN an he can look at my car. An hour later that changes to he wont be back for A WEEEK!!!!! An the mechanic we do have can not give you a quote. Annnnddd not to mention they accidently kept my registration and to get it back has been hell apparently its locked in a desk an the lady that has the keys isnt there WHAT A SURPRISE, RIGHT?!! WORSE EFFFING PLACE DOOO NOOOTTT GOOO HEEERRREE!!!!!!!!
