HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM, BUYER BEWARE! The dealership (if you can even call it that) is run by a group of misogynistic , rude, and cruel older men who deal in the worst kind of auto dealer fraud; everything from “bait and switch”, misquoting mileage, not disclosing accidents and lying about doing comprehensive mechanical inspections! The only thing they will not misquote is the price! They price their vehicles much higher than Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds or any other reliable auto appraisal company would quote. The majority of the vehicles they offer are extremely high mileage vehicles with serious signs of wear and abuse from previous owners. They claim to do comprehensive mechanical inspections on each of their vehicles, but nothing could be farther from the truth. Don’t just take my word for it, read the multitude of reviews of buyers who have had their purchased cars break down, blow gaskets, need replacement engines, have serious undisclosed safety issues, or had been in accidents that were not previously divulged! THIS DEALERSHIP DEALS IN THE WORST KIND OF AUTO DEALER FRAUD! They lure you in by misquoting the mileage on a vehicle of interest and then try to push you into any car on the lot to “make the sale”. We were lured into the dealership by a listing for a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse on craigslist. They deceive customers still further before they even arrive at the dealership by posting pictures for their advertising in such a way as to hide serious damage, undisclosed high mileage and other blatant issues when you actually inspect the vehicle. We were told on the phone when we inquired about the vehicle, that it had 124,000 miles on it, which we thought was reasonable given the year. This was, in fact, a lie. We looked at the vehicle and immediately noticed some MAJOR RED FLAGS, so we requested the Car Fax for the vehicle. The Eclipse had 164,000 miles on it (not 124k as was previously said!), showed serious abuse and wear from previous owners (of which there were 5) and had an accident that they did not previously disclose to us. When we were inspecting the vehicle ourselves, the “SERVICE ENGINE SOON” light came on and stayed on! They couldn’t even hide their devious intent long enough to make a pitch, let alone a sale! We decided to test drive the vehicle anyways, just to get a feel for the model we were keen on purchasing. The clutch on the vehicle was on the verge of failing, and showed several signs that any good mechanic would immediately notice, let alone the customer driving the vehicle! When we got back to the dealership the sleazy salesman couldn’t even hide his willingness to make the sale and blatantly asked “So, do you wanna buy the car or not?” We ended up looking at a couple different vehicles all high mileage and poorly maintained or restored. I received several sexist remarks regarding the type of car I should get and my ability to drive a car that the salesman said "was too much horse for the jockey". Evergreen Sales & Leasing is the epitome of the quintessential sleazy used car salesman. They use every devious tactic in the book to try and make a sale no matter what and if you deter, their true nature shines through. We never met the owner; however, if his employees and “friends” are even the least bit of a reflection of him, we are glad to have never met him. If you value your hard earned money, your safety, your sanity and your vehicle, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. With so many terrible reviews, it’s unfortunate that individuals are still patronizing this business. If the owner truly cared about his customers, perhaps he would change his business tactic and stop providing unsafe and lemon vehicles to the population. If you would like to know the measure of a man, see how he and his employees treat their customers before AND after the sale of one of their trashy vehicles.

I see so many great reviews for this dealership and Im thinking they are just having people do good reviews to knock out the bad. Thats why more than half the good reviews are only from "google users" I bought a 2007 Yukon Denali from them and within 2 weeks of having the truck there was a lower end knock. We called them they told us to bring it in they will look at it. We live in Graham but we took the car in and no one looked at it. They ended up referring us to the warranty company which is fine but they could have saved us a trip from Graham to Federal Way by telling us that on the phone. The truck ended up needing a whole new motor. When we first did the trade in we had 26 inch rims and a stereo system in our truck. We told them we wanted to take the car home, take our stuff out, put in a different stereo and rims but they insisted we leave the truck there and take the newer truck, and that they will have their mechanics take off the rims and stereo and we can pick up with no problem. After a week of contacting them we finally had to go up there and take our rims and radio out our selves in their shop with them having an attitude that we did that even though my boyfriend made sure to write down that we were taking all that back and they were COMPLETELY FINE WITH IT. I guess they just say yes until they get your signature cause after that it a different tune. We initially went just to price a truck out and ended up leaving with one and I regret that decision everyday, but that is the only reason why we still even had what WE installed into that truck still in there. And when all that was said and done they received a perfectly working cd player in the truck it just wasnt the tv we had in there AND PERFECTLY GOOD 24 inch rims and the tires had great traction. On top of THAT when we went our subwoofer and amp were missing out of the truck. We tried to take it out the night we did the initial sale and they said everything will be okay and they will take everything out and have it all ready for us to pick up. The sub and amp were missing and no on knew where they were. Two days after that was when we get a call and somehow someone magically found them sitting in the corner somewhere. Yes we got it back but that just adds on to every other problem we have received from this car lot. After having the truck only one month and learning we needed a new motor, we tried to take the truck back but of course they wouldnt take it back. The bank suggested they buy the car back and sell us another. We were even willing to do that, and of course they just pushed us aside and gave us nothing but attitude every time we went there wanting help. We didnt have the car a month before we needed to put it in the shop for a new motor but once they got what they wanted we didnt matter to them at all.

I saw an ad on craigslist of one of their cars. Looked nice. But did not have price or miles on the ad so I was like okay, ill look. Good lowish miles, for the most part good condition however... The sales guy I got was EXTREMELY rude. I had too literally introduce myself and ask for their name because they werent talkative at all. They refused to give me a CARFAX after asking multiple times, They straight up said I either pay this price ( basically wanted about 30k before taxes, fees and etc for a 20k car. ) or forget it and I will never find this particular car in this condition ( and this was before I even heard the car start lol )** Sorry, but I found about 7 and much better or the same at far more realistic prices. ** I have been doing this for a VERY long time and I am NOT an easy sale or push over so their scare tactics failed hard right in front of them. On the test drive, he was very angry and kept telling me to "turn the car around", "he doesnt play games" and I thought he was going to go ballistic. He was pretty aggressive and I felt very uncomfortable. However, I calmed him down good enough to make the test drive safe ( I literally should have just cancelled the test drive, it was that bad ) He wanted 10k over Bluebook value for the car ( the most expensive 78k mile car ever ) and would not haggle with me. There were so many cars of the same time with significantly lower miles, far more options for much lower and REALISTIC asking price. There was nothing special about this car except it had parking sensors and a nice, unique color ( paint job was healthy ). MY offer was low but it was a test of salesman character and experience and in my 10 years of buying cars, I have never had a salesman lose it like that. I do want to say, there was one VERY nice gentleman in his late 40s, I wished so much that he was my salesman, they might have had a sale and I would have gladly offered more and wanted too but he was not in sales.. This dealership failed and hard! Who on EARTH do they think they are to talk and treat people like this, they are a dinky used car dealership working out of a box house with this unrealistic views on their cars and what they THINK they are worth. At the end of the day, the WORST car shopping experience I have ever had in history. All the negative reviews you see on this dealer are 100% TRUE and I did not believe them the first time. I am mind blown on how accurate and similar these customers experiences are with mine. Stay away from here. One of the older gentleman even thought it was okay to make fun of my wifes eyes right in front of me. Ultimately, I took my business elsewhere.
