I cannot say enough positive things about this place!! I am not like most people that go to the owner, Louies, car lot at Kompact for the classic cars...even though I love looking at them I am not in that place in my life where I can afford one. I am a single mother with children and I needed a good reliable car for cheap payments and my credit was not that great..Louie and his salesmen are the coolest most down to earth people to work with. My teenager is getting her license this year and we will be financing our THIRD car through Kompact! I read some other reviews on this page and they made me angry. This is a used car lot...all cars have problems but here at least you know what you are going to get and if you do what they tell you and buy the warranty on the car the owner here unlike other lots around here they stand by it. One time I came in here and saw them bend over backwards to help a guy out after he had his car for way too long and messed up his engine or something and the lot actually paid out of pocket and took a loss to make it right ( I overheard the salesmen saying that the owner was paying for it out of his own pocket to make it right). The in house financing is the best too!!!! They worked on me with my payments to keep it within my budget and I have actually grown fond of going in every month to make my payments to the ladies in the office who are never too busy to chat and make me smile...even when I am late! In this economy we should all be supporting our local Mom and Pop shops and staying away from all the big overseas monsters that are drowning our economy..So I know this is long winded but Kompact sells some damn nice, sexy, American made Automotive machines that just get your blood flowing, and there is always something there for the "little-guys" like me too. I have referred all of my daughters friends turning 16 to come here and keep the tradition going for thier first cars. My grandpa always told us business is business and love is bullshit...but here I have it ALL. And to wrap this up, I have never ever ever put a review online about a company until now, and I only took the time out to put the truth out there because I didnt like to see this lot bad mouthed when they have done so much good for thier family of customers and this City. Stop in and take a look and see for yourself, if nothing else they have free coffee and beautiful classics revving up all the time!!!

If zero stars was a rating, Id give them a 0, Lou and Kompact Kar Korner is the King of Dishonest Car dealers. I purchased a very collectible 1967 Camaro RS/SS Convertible from these guys back in 2009. Right off the bat, within 1000 miles I had to have the transmission rebuilt. And 1000 miles after that, the engine needed rebuilding. To make things even more insulting, they charged a whopping $ 43,000 for the vehicle, which is a high premium, and the car should have been mechanically flawless for this type of money. Since then, I have traded multiple stories from others that have been taken by this dealer. Huge thumbs down for them. Definitely stay clear and dont believe anything they tell you. Now if that isnt bad enough, they work at predatory auto lending practices also. The finance officer will put you in the highest available finance option for high interest and payments, so you will default on the vehicle and they get it back. This is the type of dealership you are dealing with... very bad ju ju. Like others have stated... stay way clear of them.

These people that are posting such negative reviews are those that were raised spoil brats & want everything for nothing!! Kompact Kar Korner sells USED CARS. And when you buy used cars, you buy "AS IS", and you have to EXPECT that everything is not always going to be perfect, and you need to INSPECT the vehicle, be it from a private seller or a lot. And if its not to your liking, DONT BUY IT. I traded a 2008 Chevy HHR for a 2000 Blazer. Not only was the Blazer at a good price & great shape, Louie dropped the price even more & gave me more than blue book retail value on my trade in, AND I got cash back! Well, it turned out that in a few days the fuel pump went out on the Blazer. Louie & Jim gave me a loaner AND helped pay for the fuel pump, which they didnt have to do since when you buy used, you buy it "AS IS", no warranty. These guys & gals are awesome & I WILL be back for my next used car!! Hopefully it will be one of those sweet classics!!!

In December 2013, I bought a used Toyota RAV 4 from this dealership and was very dissatisfied with what i purchased on several different circumstances. The person sold me the car named Pope" told me that the vehicle was a "clean title" with no previous accidents. I believed the dealer and bought it right off the bat. However, when I got home, I realized that the car had so many problems and had in fact been through several accidents. For example, broken condenser of ac, signal light malfunction, engine hood opener problem, broken car security system, front fender paint peeling off, .... so..so many junk signals happened. If you buy one from this dealer, please accompany experts with you and dont trust them.

I bought my used 03 Durango here and it has got me across the country and back to Washington it still runs smooth the price was right lowest Ive seen after eyeballing everything I see on the street for the last 2 years and anytime I ever had financial issues they have been more than happy to work with me this place has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend any of my family and friends to go here for a great deal and an amazing crew of in house financing agents thank you again kompact kar Korner you guys rock my parents did business with you I have done business with you and I hope I can do more business with you for my kids love you guys dont change a thing

This was the best experience Ive had buying a classic car online, which is often a very dicey situation. Many thanks to Kevin, Paul, and all the other great guys at Kompact Kars! I got a fair price, the car was accurately represented, and the driver who picked the car up said they had just replaced a fuel pump they werent completely happy with, AFTER I had already bought the car. How often does a dealer put more money into a car hes already sold? The bottom line is, these guys were courteous, professional, and treated me the way every car dealer should treat their customers.

johnrcer I just got my 87 el camino back to British Columbia. Jim my salesman did an excellent job in presenting the car to me. It is a good car and priced right. The transaction was flawless. But the real star of the dealership was Dayna,in the office, she took care of all the paperwork that was necessary to get the car through customs. If you have never imported a car to another country you have no idea how important those details are. Her work was letter perfect. Remember guys these are used cars make sure you use due diligence before you buy it.
