This is the second review that Im writing due to an error with Googles platform which caused me to delete my entry in error. At any rate, my experience with buying an Infinity G37x was so superb that I would be derelict in my duty if I failed to share just what a classy, top-notch establishment that Kuni Westside proved to me without having to try. My salesman, Greg spoke with me on the phone a few times to get an idea as to what I was most interested in considering. He know that I have been a loyal BMW customer for over 10 years but I played above-board with my previous sales professionals at BMW dealership and told them that I was seriously contemplating trading in my BMW for a new Infiniti. I also made Greg aware that I havent quite ruled out purchasing another BMW. Needless to say, I drove out of the dealership on January 6 of 2012 as a new member of the Infiniti family and have not looked back since. I want to recognize the other amazing people who worked closely with my husband and me from the beginning to end of this transaction - no gimmicks, no upsell, they LISTEN and are incredibly affable and cordial folks. Id like to give special thanks to Greg, Christina and Jeff who worked together to sell me the car, Andrew Clark who is the General Manager and proprietor who made a point to stop by and make us feel welcome. I must say that this is a first because I did not get that type of treatment with BMW or any previous dealership. Shannon in Finance is a doll too! She did a great job going over the paperwork and carefully explained the Terms & Conditions. Everything was carefully explained, Greg took us to my car that was immaculately detailed (drool, drool) and took the time to show me the key features of the Infiniti since there are several features with which Im unfamiliar. Further, Greg and Christina helped us move our belongings from my old car to the new and Christina even grabbed my prized Virginia Tech windows decal (to commemorate the tragic shootings of 2006) and reattached my Virginia Tech license plate bracket to my car. If that isnt above and beyond of the call of duty, Id like to hear what that may look like. Kuni Westside Infiniti has a new customer for life. Ive been buying cars (the Infinity is my eighth) for many years and have never seen an operation move as efficientloy as Kuni Eastside and I attribute it to their incredible work ethic, their enthusiasm for their occupation and the products they sell. They make you feel like a member of the family and will go out of their way to do ANYTHING to make the deal right if something got overlooked. I have no doubt that they have a customer for life. I am a middle class who values purchasing a car almost as important as buying a house, its something that you normally dont get to throw away only because you dont like it; its something that would stock with you once purchased for years; its something that would dig a big hole in your savings... so when buying a car, I am not a very easy customer to deal with. I would say my experience with Kuni started on the wrong foot, I wasnt very happy with my overall experience in the beginning, at the same time I am not good at confronting nor negotiating... I shared my negative experience with a very proactive co-worker. He then shared my complains online and which caught Andrews eye (GM at Kuni) at some point. To be honest, I was prob the only one unsatisfied customer vs hundreds of happy customers... which IF I WERE the GM of whatever business, I would just ignore it (and thats prob why I dont run a successful business)... one single negative comment out of tons of positive 5 stars comments would not affect the business... BUT no, this is not how Kuni operates, they have to live up to their promise to the customers. Andrew got in touch with me and I explained everything that has happened in detail. He took my concerns and needs seriously, and everyone at Kuni works as team so hard to satisfy my request at a level I have never seen, especially from a dealership. BTW, I exchanged cars 3 times in about a month not because I dont like Infiniti cars or the dealership, but because of my personal life changing so rapidly that I need different vehicles to satisfy my needs. Each time I changed a car, things got harder and harder to deal with, but they never complained to me and still showed me the positive attitude. I have purchased many cars with many different dealerships, and yes I started as an unhappy customer, but NOW I am a fully satisfied customer who will be happy to go back to do more business with Kuni in the future. Its the effort that they are willing to put in to make a customer truly happy that counts. Second car I got from Kuni has some mechanical issues, I have never found dealing with a service department from a dealership so easy, I called them and got to drop off my car on the same day at the time of my choice and a loaner car was already there waiting for me (usually you need to schedule a loaner weeks in advance from other dealerships) Thanks for the effort your team has put in, Andrew, Geroge, Shannon, Jeff, Tom and Gary are the ones I have worked with. Its a business that deserves 5 stars in every phase of your car purchasing, hands down. I am now enjoying my 2008 G37 coupe 100%

This review pertains to sales only. I have not had experience with their service team yet. Bought a QX 60 yesterday. Probably the weirdest unusually pleasant experience buying a car I have EVER had. I am still feeling something (negative) is ready to happen because it was just that unbelievable. Well, first let me say it started with contacting the online sales department and inquiring on the vehicle. Ha Lee contacts me and I let him know straight ahead what are plans and needs were for a family vehicle. After speaking to him back and forth and prior to making the trip down to Lynnwood from Olympia (being that there are other dealers closer by) we laid the budget and demands down straight. He was very understanding and did not want to waste our time, very considerate since we had to travel so far with 4 in tow. I tried other dealers in the meantime to make sure I couldnt settle this a bit more local, but nope! Couple days later we decided to give Kuni Westside a shot. Within an hour we had an agreement and went to pick up the vehicle. I was a bit skeptical because of the horrible similar experience I had just had with Infiniti of Tacoma, so of course I am still kind of shocked of Kuni Infinitis results. Everything they said was done as they promised, easy breezy in and out. Greeted respectfully with a pleasant smile form the front desk as we walked in. We were very comfortably taken care of while in the dealership, everyone was extremely friendly and a nice vibe throughout. And best of all, they took us seriously, valued our business and made the deal work for us unlike any other Infiniti showed they could do. Ha took the time to go over all of the details of the vehicle, their functions, the amazing apps and services available and helped us schedule and program our first scheduled maintenance. He even took his time to introduce us to the departments to make sure when we returned we knew where and what we were doing already. I had a pleasant experience with the gal who finished our paperwork and am apologetic for not remembering her name. It must have been the surreal state of mind I found my self in while I was there. She was very kind, professional and informative and made the purchasing part a breeze (this was slap in the face, usually these people in finance are pushy and tacky and rude, and here it was the complete OPPOSITE!) It was truly VIP from the first email to the end of the transaction. I will be making my drives here to get the VIP treatment for anything my vehicles need. Unless you guys see an update to this review, it stands as is, a perfect experience.
