GREAT CAR! Awesome salesman DARIN (i didnt buy my eclipse from Darin but we bought my moms car from him). Other people there were kind of rude but i love Darin he is super awesome. I bought a Slver 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT for $14,900 my car runs great, im happy with my payments. Javier sold me my car and he is cool too but just two people there just rub me the wrong way. When i bought my moms car Darin was there to help..... Mom doesnt have the best credit in the world. Darin really worked hard to make sure she was happy but could get in a car that was realistic to her financial situation. we did come in late close to closing time (sorry guys...) but the one thing that stuck in my head which almost made me leave was one finance guy was bitchin at Darin because he was helping my mom out and i know it didnt look like she was a sell because of her credit. I just remember hearing this; Finance guy: Darin what are you doin!? Darin: WHat? im helping her mom Finance guy: Your wasting your time mommy has no credit.! The finance dude saw me look at him and he started to whisper and walked away...SMH yeah i heard ya lol. so thats the only reason im giving a 4 star out of 5. The 4 stars are for Darin if anyone is looking for a car please contact Darin he will treat you right as long as you arent coming in there all rude like you own the place! :) oh yeah my moms car, its a great car! runs well, great 3 year loan term! thanks Darin at sunset! we appreciate you.

Do not trust these people they run a sloppy business and the cars are minimally inspected before they are sold! I went to buy a used car with a $12,000 pre approved loan from BECU. Found the perfect car and took it for a test drive. I liked it and asked them what kind of deal they could make me. The sales guy said he needed to look at my loan first and asked for my information. I didnt want them to run my credit again because that looks bad so asked to make sure they were just pulling up the BECU file not rerunning my credit. The said they were just pulling the file. They told me that BECU or myself had added a zero to the loan application by accident and that the loan had been declined. However suprise suprise I could get a loan from them if I didnt mind paying the preditorially high interest. I declined. I left so flustered that I forgot to get my license back which they had taken for the test drive. When I went to recover it the next day they had "lost" it. Now I have to go spend $25 and wait around at the dmv all day to get a new one. Furthermore later I learned that had done a hard inquiry into my credit which they explicitly said they would NOT DO! I went and leased a brand new Toyota from Doxon Toyota. Much better service and they dont try and rip you off plus I can but the car for a fair price once my lease is up. DONT GO TO SUNSET!

DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM HERE!! They lie and scam to sell cars. The salesmen are flat our LIARS! I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was given FAKE CARFAX at the time of purchase indicating the car was accident free. I was told several times by the salesmen and their finance manager that all of the cars they sell are accident free and that I had "nothing to worry about". After checking the REAL CARFAX online, I have discovered the car they sold me and my family had been involved in previous accidents with the airbag being deployed! Not only do they try to charge extremely high interest rates, they LIE about pre-approvals saying the car loans are denied so they can try to make an extra profit using their finance options. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! THE SALESMEN ARE LIARS AND WILL SELL YOU A CAR THAT HAS BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT!! WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE!! DO NOT TRUST THEIR CARFAX, ALWAYS PRINT YOUR OWN!!! I have reported this dealership to the BBB.

We went into Sunrise looking for a particular car which we saw and test drove. Salesman said he could probley get us into this car, and he would have to wait to hear from the bank on Sunday. He said that he would call us on Sunday which he never did i called him that night after not hearing from him at all he stated that we would have to wait tell Monday to hear from the bank. Well the bank called me and asked me some questions then they informed me that they where sending it over to them. Again never received a call from him at all no update to update on the status tell i called him on Wednesday day 4 of " OH Ill call you". we where trading in my jeep to and once the balance was paid off they would have over a grand to pay towards the new car. He had the nerve to tell my husband that they arent making any money off this car and we need to find out a way to pay more money for a deposit more then just my car. HOW Rude we will be going somewhere else.

If you want to buy a used car this is the last place that you you want to go to. They are rip off artists. Just read their contract!" As Is-No Warranty" "YOU WILL PAY ALL COSTS FOR ANY REPAIRS. The dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle." That in itself should have you knowing that they are out to screw anyone who buys a car there and that they dont care what they tell you to get you to buy a car. My son-in law bought a car there and 4 months later the car seized up and the cost of repair is as expensive as the car cost itself. The mechanic that diagnosed the car told my son in law he would talk to the manager of Sunset Auto because it was obvious to him that the car was sold knowing having the problem at hand and the manager refused to talk to the mechanic. My son-in-law got totally screwed by Sunset Auto of Auburn Way, Auburn,Washington.

When I went in here I worked with a salesman (not going to put his name on here). Very bad experience. Car I came in on the internet was on the lot for $4,200 MORE THAN KELLY BLUE BOOK! So I figured the car was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, the car was 6 different shades of color, faded, scratched, dents all over. Duct tape on the electrical work. Was very mad since I made the drive out there just to find out I could have found a cleaner car for half the price through a private party... I prefer buying through a dealership since the quality is better than private party... however NOT in this case. Ive also noticed that most of their cars sit on the lot for a very very long time... which is NOT a good sign.

What a joke of a dealership. I found a van I wanted, we settled on a price and was set to pick it up the following day after it passed a mechanic inspection. I set everything up with the mechanic and Sunset was supposed to take the van the entire 10 blocks to the mechanic for me. After two days of me calling and the mechanic calling, Sunset was unable to complete this little task. Now why wouldnt a dealership take a car to a mechanic I wonder? Could it be they didnt want me to really find out whats wrong with it? This was the worst experience Ive had with a car dealership before and I will never do business with these guys again.
