IHe comprado un coche enero-2010. Pagados en efectivo y vine de CA para comprarlo. El coche era un Mazda 2003 con bajo kilometraje. Tuve que coger el coche a un concesionario de Mazda para comprobarlo. Mazda dijo que necesitaba los neumáticos, cambio de aceite, bujías, filtro de aire, la batería y la correa de transmisión. Yo le dije al vendedor de coches Robert que reemplazar a los temas y voy a comprar la tires.Robert de acuerdo y dijo que se haría. Eso fue una semana antes de llegar a mí. WOW !!!! after reading these reviews apparently We are not the only ones who have been screwed over by ROBERT and his band of thieves and liars They are slime balls and you can see that the minute you walk in there and see the smirk on his face when you have an issue with a car you just purchased. 4 years ago when the dealership was under different ownership I bought my car there and was very satisfied with the service and product. However, about three weeks ago my son purchased and 8,000.00 car from them because I had recommended that he go there due to my past good experience and not knowing that the place is now owned by the biggest slime ball this side of Hell. within a week of taking the car off the lot this car burned more than a quart of oil. My son called the dealership several times and attempted to speak to somebody and was hung up on and ignored and told all kinds of BS. My son went back and purchased a warranty and took it to his mechanic who then informed him that it needed a new engine and a transmission and would cost him far more than what he paid for the car. The kicker is that the warranty he purchased would not cover it because they said the problems were pre-existing. When we spoke to ROBERT after he finally did answer or call. He told us that he would speak to the warranty company and get them to cover it and that he had pull with them. Not what happened at all. He could not get the warranty company to cover it and told us to come back in the next day and they would get him into a different car. That was not the case either.....ROBERT.. told us that it would cost my son another couple grand for tax and licensing for a different car and mad snide comments that my son had not made a payment,,,Well listen ROBERT ...you douche-bag ..it has only been 3 weeks and my son has not had a payment due yet and bye the way...what does that have to do with the fact that you sold him an absolute piece of junk and mad promises you did not ever intend to keep? Well, yesterday my son went back again to speak to the mechanic about the car and another customer who was in close proximity overheard him and my son discussing the problems with the car and walked out in the middle of buying a car. Smart man he was or maybe just lucky! Today my son called back to speak to ROBERT because Robert had told him in a previous conversation that in order to get my son into a different car he would have to approve it with the owner. The owner was apparently told about the customer leaving due to the overheard conversation with the mechanic and therefore told my son that he would not give him a different car. Robert accused my son of running off business. I called and spoke to Robert today and told him what I thought of him and his company and he accused me of writing a bad review. which I had not done yet but thanks Robert for the fabulous idea! Because now...I am going to post it everywhere I can. I am going to call the BBB , the media, Facebook. We spoke to the Attorney General today. If you are so concerned about what people say in reviews than maybe you should offer up better customer service and cars that actually run the way they should when someone spends 8 grand in your business. It is now my goal to make sure that you dont do this to anyone else that will listen to me and the others who have posted.....guess what????...the same exact type of complaints. It just amazes me that you continue to do this to hardworking folks. You people should be ashamed of yourselves and I seriously dont know how you can sleep at night knowing how many people you took to the cleaners that day. I am so embarrassed and disappointed that I ever recommended you guys to my son. my son now has to do a voluntary repossession because he cannot afford to pay between 5 and 7 thousand thousand dollars to repair a car he bought only 3 weeks ago and now his credit will also be ruined. all because of your severely dishonest business practices.
