I purchased a car from Wheel & Deels Dealership in Lynwood WA on 2-5-15 along with extended warranty and gap insurance. I called to attempted to cancel the extended warranty and gap coverage on 4-28-15 (have voicemail from owner). I was contacted 5-6-2015, at 8:22pm, was told I had to come in so the mileage could be documented 5-9-2015, at 5:16pm... came to Wheels & Deals and Jae (the sales manager) wrote down my mileage and said he would submit the paperwork. 5-13-2015, I called at 1:25 to make sure paper work was submitted, I missed the return call at 3:40, I called back at 4:10pm and was asked what my mileage was... again... because someone lost the sticky note it was wrote down on. 5-23-2015, I called and was told it would take 8 weeks 6-15-2015, I called at 12:58. I had called several times, always told the person I need to speak to is not in and there is nothing they can do. I spoke to the owner Ali, where I was told they had problems with their finance person and apologized and said it can take up to 8 weeks to for the money to be credited back to my financial institution. It has been over 11 weeks and no reimbursement has been issued yet, I am now paying interest on a couple grand due to their negligence. 7-31-15, The facility will no longer take my calls. Jae is the sales manager and is the only person I can catch at the dealership. I asked what the name of his finance person is... he refused to give me a name, said they will be in tomorrow. I asked the name of the owner, he would only give me his first name... Ali, said he comes in whenever. Jae stated there is nothing he can do to help me and I was rude so he wasnt going to discuss it any longer and hung up on me twice. Now my calls are put on hold or disconnected. I called the Service contract provider and they said the policy was canceled on 5-20-2015. They also said the check can only be issued to the dealership because they have to add money to the amount as well, and the check had been sent to the dealership. Apparently the dealership called and asked the contract company to issue a new check in July. In the mean time I am paying interest on the amount owed to me and can not get anyone in the dealership to assist. They just tell me... it takes 8 weeks, I say its been 11. They say, you dont get the money anyway it goes to your financial institution... I say yes and they have not yet received it... which is why I am paying interest. I dont know if this is a scam or simply incompetence. There is no customer service here, if you have a problem there is no one to speak to help resolve it. I have been scammed and have no idea how to get them to reimburse my money per our contract. Desired Resolution: Refund the entitled portion of the contract plus the interest charges on said amount from the date of requested cancelation until financial institution receives payment. As of 8-18-2015 Now they are trying to say I never requested cancelation. I have filed official complaint with the BBB.

Good...and bad. The buying process was incredibly easy and I also got a fantastic deal on my trade-in! This has been, by far, the best car buying experience Ive ever had hands-down. The price I paid for the vehicle was exactly what it should have been (no markup), the staff friendly and professional, and not pushy in the slightest! Unfortunately, as used cars can do, this ones catalytic converter decided to die 300 miles after buying the truck (no joke) and its now throwing an error code. But hey, that happens! Its used with quite a bit of mileage! The dealer is at no fault here, and I want to make that clear. What is bad, however, is the "Bumper to Bumper" Extended Warranty I was sold along with the truck. $2,600 I paid, and they wont cover the cat converter. Thats $1,300 out of my own pocket for repairs, with only 300 or so miles on the truck. Again, not really the dealers fault...although it would be nice if they were a little more upfront that some major things ARE NOT covered....not exactly bumper to bumper. Luckily, I can get a full refund on the Extended Warranty if I cancel it in 30 days. I contacted the salesman to cancel it 2 days ago....but I keep getting the run-around when I try to cancel it. The warranty company says within 30 days, I need to get the dealer to cancel it. So I finally called up, and was then told some confusing information how I have 90 days to cancel...which...makes no sense (maybe thats another type of warranty?) But now I need to bring the truck into the dealer so they can read the odometer to cancel the contract...and I have 2 days left before the 30 day period. No clue why you would need to do an odometer reading when the only requirement stated in the contract is 30 days... Keep in mind, the truck is in the shop for repairs right now. SO now I need to hope the truck is repaired in time so I can take it in to cancel the warranty Ive been trying to cancel for the past 2 days. EDIT: This was a requirement by the Warranty company, not the dealer! So that little pain is all on the Warranty company. And I was able to successfully cancel the contract on day 28 shortly after writing this review without any problems or hassle at the Dealership! The fact that Ive been having such a hard time canceling a contract that I can, legally, cancel, knocks off a star. One last star is knocked off for the less-than-stellar Extended Warranty they sell. Its fine for minor things, but major repairs? Nope. Update - I was given a fantastic and very kind call by the owner, who wanted to dive deeper into the issues so that he could make sure they dont occur again in the future for other customers, and to personally apologize to me for the difficulties Ive gone through. This shows to me an incredible amount of integrity, honesty, and love for his business! A rare high-bar now a days. Fantastic job Wheels & Deals! Ill certainly be looking to you again the future for my vehicle purchasing needs. :)

I bought an 05 F150 and totally got scammed. They sold me a lemon and did nothing to make it right. They couldnt even apologize. I got the truck under asking price because cosmetically it wasnt up to par. During the test drive the sales guy told me the truck had new breaks and would look into the ABS light because it had come on during the drive, but insisted it was nothing major. Well during paper work and working at a sale price I totally space following up on the ABS light and that is partially my fault for not making sure that was taken care of. When I came back to pick up the truck the ABS light was no longer on, so I didnt think twice about it. Well getting two blocks down the road it appeared again. I made several attempts to reach the sale guy over the course of three days, but no call backs since the initial conversation saying he would look into it once he got back to the shop. He also back peddled about the breaks being new. It shows he was full of lies and blowing smoke up my a**! The good part was the brakes were new, but why feel the need to back peddle unless you had something to hide. It only gets worse from here. After only driving the truck three times because I had been on vacation and it wasnt my primary vehicle the tranny began to slip. I took it to a mechanic who was a God sent. The owner of the mechanic shop was more pissed then I was. He said the dealership totally scammed me and they need to make it right. He also said the truck was set that once a fault or issue appears on the dash that it will show until you turn off the truck and will disappear as if you didnt have any issues. He had no doubt that they knew of the tranny problem and sold it to me as is that way. I attempted to call the dealership and I had to wait 2 more days to get a call from the general manager, but to my surprise no phone call back. I attempted one more time and got nothing but disrespect. The general manager told me it didnt matter if I drove it for a bunch of miles or 2 seconds off the lot. It was my issue. No sympathy or anything. Total D-bag. I paid cash and out the door roughly 11,500$ for the truck and I got screwed over big time. I will never recommend anyone to this place. Word of mouth I will share how much these people just take your money and sell lemons. Do not trust them. During the deal they said I couldnt take it to a mechanic if I wanted the deal we had on the table. They knew what they were doing. Stay far far away from this place!!! Money sucking a**’s. I would give them no stars if that was an option. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!!!
