WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS!!! I found online what was described as a F150 in good condition. I called them and they confirmed everything was good on the truck and was as described. They said it had a CD. It didnt. They said it was a trade in from Park Place. It wasnt. It didnt have a spare tire. The tires on it wont pass inspection. They claimed the truck was below Kelly Blue Book value. It was $300 over. But some of that is somewhat minor compared to the tricks they tried to pull. The truck was listed on Autotrader and their own website at $7,495. After I called and talked to them about, they suggested I fill out a credit app and submit it online. I did. Mark called back and said I was approved. Then I checked their website one more time. They had jacked the price up to $7,995! Mark said, "come on in and well get it worked out". I did go check it out and took it on a test drive, and then had a garage inspect it. Nothing too major other than the tire issues. I called to negotiate price. They said the price was listed at $7,995 and they couldnt do much better than that. I told them that isnt what it was until after I told them I was interested in the truck, and that Autotrader still had it at $7,495. After another round of calls, they said they could do the $7,495, but not a penny less. I still was considering it. That was until Abel said, "and you and Mark will have to work out the financing cost." Once I pressed Abel on this, he told me that Mark charges $1,000 to find a lender! Mark and I had talked on multiple occasions -- never once did he mention a finders fee or whatever bogus term they are using. Oh, and the lender he found for me... 16.9%! I was going to finance $3,500. That loan would have cost me over $2,000 over the 3 year period he suggested. Needless to say, these arent guys that I want to do business with. I suggest you think twice about it yourself.

I stumbled onto mycarman from the internet, and after a single visit it was pretty evident that this small shop was staffed by knowledgeable and helpful staff who answered all my questions without any high pressure salesmanship. I immediately recommended the spot to my husband, who was on the search for a previously owned BMW, as their selection of high-end cars was remarkable for such a small lot. The owner runs a tight ship, and has his own repair facility down the street. We felt confident enough to buy our BMW without a test drive, which is amazing. The entire staff made the process quick and painless, and "Z" found a first rate deal on a low interest loan through Wells Fargo. Follow up communication has been excellent as well, and we have received a few phone calls and emails making sure that we have had no questions or problems. I only wish I could say the same about our other car purchase, done the same week from a big name dealership... In the future I will definitely return to Mycarman when it comes time to update my ride. Im originally from NYC and consider myself pretty picky, and I would recommend these guys without hesitation: their selection is excellent, their prices are about as aggressive as they come, they deal with first rate banks for financing and weve been very happy with their customer service. Sometimes you can find great things by doing research on the internet, and this dealership certainly falls into that category. Definitely worth the time to visit them and see what they have (but dont hesitate to move on what you want, because as I sat in the office I saw several deals happen even as we spoke. Their cars are priced to move quickly, not sit as ornaments)

Please excuse me for my late entry, although the wait has definitely served as proof to my purchase at MyCarMan! I had purchased a Lexus IS350 from this dealership nearly 7 is months ago. I had found the vehicle online, and took full advantage of the free carfax featured on their website (which is presented for all vehicles in their inventory). The pictures proved true in person-- and as a perfectionist, I was surprised at the immaculate condition. Sooner than expected, I knew this was the vehicle I wanted to take home. Zima and Sami were willing to work with any questions or inquiries I may have had involving the vehicle in its entirety. The purchase remained literally hassle free, as Zima remained in close contact as I gathered the appropriate paperwork for the transaction. As a family owned business, they remained more respectful than any dealership I have dealt with prior. They are undoubtedly top tier when it comes to customer satisfaction. With spending months researching for the best deals on Lexus IS across the country, I was surprised when this gem was hiding in my own backyard here in the DFW area. Friends and family alike can not believe the deal I had received on this amazing vehicle thanks to MyCarMan. As mentioned above, I have had zero problems, surprises, or mishaps with my Lexus since its purchase 7 months ago! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know. They request highly personal information, including your bank account (checking and savings) numbers, and the only contact made with me was asking for a scanned picture of my license all before even talking to me. Once sent, they never contacted me again. I just wanted to know if it was feasible to make that trip to see the car in person. I called them to follow-up, and he was too busy to talk to me, promised to call back...never did. I went to a few dealerships and have bought a car before, and was never asked for either of these 2 things...only a copy of my license when actually purchasing the vehicle. I did not give out my bank account information because 1. who asks for that? and 2. the site was not secure. Im pretty worried about this place, and I think most of their reviews are fake to up their rating. Ended up that I really dodged a bullet. I bought a car they had with 80k+ miles for the same price at this other dealer with only 20k miles and 3 years newer. I recommend Manuel Used Cars in North Richland Hills. The distance is way worth it. They treated me with respect and all staff even stayed 2 hours after close since they had multiple customers. Great people and was as great an experience as buying a car can be.

Stop looking for a place to buy your used car, this is the place. My wife and I had a very specific vehicle we wanted and a tight budget. MyCarMan had the car we wanted in beautiful condition and it ran great!! The price was lower than we expected to pay and I could not be more satisfied. Sami and the guys were very helpful and efficient. The sales process was pain free and there were no surprises or pressure to buy extras. We spent way too much time on Craig’s list chasing false deals all over the Metroplex and visited almost every used car dealer in a 25 mile radius. They all had a scam of some sort, wasted our time and were selling someone else’s junk. Not the case at MyCarMan. Sami had solid safe cars in a variety of price ranges. Next time we need a car or service on one of our vehicle we are going straight to Sami. I will always recommend Sami to all of my closest friends and family. Thanks for a great experience Sami!!
