Beware of this place. We traded in our truck on a used vehicle they had. As we were working through the deal, I asked to see the listed values of the vehicle we were buying. They gave me the numbers they claimed were accurate, and I trusted them. Bad idea! The system they use to come up with what they claim are fair market values is not even close to any number you will find anywhere else. Believe me, Ive checked. After purchasing the vehicle (based on the numbers they gave me), and later finding out that I paid several thousand too much for it, I called and voiced my displeasure, and asked where they got the numbers they told me. As well as addressing the issue that the paperwork they filled out was wrong, as it showed showed a different (more expensive) model than what I bought. They claimed their numbers are accurate, and blew me off. :( Let me be clear... part of the reason I got ripped off was because I didnt do MY homework on the vehicle pricing myself, and made the mistake of being lulled into trusting them and the numbers they gave me when I asked. Numbers they claimed were accurate. So this is partly my fault. Moral of my story? Do your homework before buying there, or theyll take ya to the cleaners, and pretend they gave ya the deal of a lifetime...lol. :( I just wanted to warn everyone so you dont make the same mistake I did. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one? Our salesman was awesome. Finance department? Not so much. :( **In response to your response** (that you have now removed...lol.) - Even including the Adventure Package you are talking about in the pricing, your so-called fair market value price that was given me, was still several thousand over what every other reputable establishment has given me for a price when asked. Also interesting is the fact that, when pricing MY truck, the NADA book was nowhere to be found...lol. But rather, some other method was used to give you the lowball price that was offered to me. When I asked 3 TIMES to see THAT method for pricing on YOUR vehicle, it was strangely ignored/sidestepped each time. ;) Il be darned. So my review stands. :( My recommendation to others? - Like I said - just do your own research. :)

From the moment we drove in to look at cars for our daughter, we were cared for beyond every expectation I had of a dealership. Scott was very accommodating in showing us vehicles, and we quickly settled on one that would work very well within the financials that we had for this purchase. Joseph Turner finished putting the numbers together, and worked a very nice deal for our daughter. In the end, when we picked up the car, it had new tires on it, something that was not expected or even discussed, but apparently they found something and elected just to give us a new set of tires. Closing the deal with John Picnic was so very easy, no change in the deal, and a breeze. Once closed, we stepped out the door of his office onto the delivery ramp and were shown everything about the car, all the manuals and paperwork, and off we went. Park Place made this car buying experience a true pleasure, and we found the best vehicle for a wonderful price for our daughter. it is a pleasure to go back to the dealership to get the car washed, and the level of accommodation from these professionals at Park Place is truly extraordinary. Now when I step into some other dealership for whatever reason on our other cars, when I come home I feel like I need to take a shower! Go check out Park Place Mercedes. You can afford one. In todays market you will pay close to the same amount, and at least you can get a much better car for the money. There is real value here at Park Place.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT at Park Place Mercedes Benz Grapevine. Buy your MB here but go somewhere else for service! A beautiful locale and pleasant atmosphere, one would expect a similar level of service. I have been going to the Park Place MB Grapevine location for 2 years now. Every time there is a major issue. My car is never ready on time AND they never complete the services requested, demanding that I return at a different time convenient to them. They charge huge amounts and are do not follow with excellent service. Calling for a service appointment a customer is treated as an inconvenience. The settings of the car are always changed upon return. Customers are but a number to this specific site. Employees behave as if you are driving a Yugo and they are owners of a luxury class MB. If your MB is more than 3 years old or not under warranty they are uninterested. MB USA always sends an email asking for customer satisfaction survey. Give them a less than satisfactory, and multiple follow-up emails come back or they pester with phone calls until you yield and give them a good survey. Attempts to contact MB USA by email always returns a "mail delivery failure" message. Calling the toll free number is no better. Service at other MB service centers throughout the US have been superb. Even though this one location is touted as their flagship and busiest location in the US, the service department is definitely the worst.

Just recently moved to the DFW area from NY and am really disappointed with the service department. After scheduling an appointment, I arrived on time to be told my Service Manager was out to lunch. My appointment was scheduled at 1pm for a potential flat tire. I called back at 6pm to check the status as I had not received any updates on my vehicle. Nothing. The next morning at 10am I was "texted" an estimate for two new tires and a rotation well over $300 the cost it would normally take. After agreeing I asked if I could get it done before the afternoon, because I had an appointment to make and was told it "might" be possible. Since when did changing two tires take 24 hours? I couldnt even get the Service Manager to call me back within a 8 hour window... how is that the definition of Luxury service? After telling them I wanted to just come pick up my car (Ill take it to another dealer) after trying for a FOURTH time to call my Service Manager, I was told very rudely over TEXT that my car could be picked up and that I was lucky that the customer my Service Manager was with was kind enough to be letting him text me. Will not be going back to this dealership for any service requests going forward. Save yourself the time. Unless you have a loaner car or are willing to dish out hundreds of dollars without asking questions, their service department is not for you.
