PLEASE and I repeat PLEASE do not come to this Car Lot expecting great customer service, because if you are you are at the wrong place. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata in September 2014. I worked with a sales woman by the name of Cynthia, who is not knowledgeable about selling vehicles at all. I explained my transportation crisis to her and that I was in desperate need of a vehicle. Cynthia pretended to care about my situation at the time, but in reality she was more concerned with commission and not so much of providing a good customer experience. Although I understand I was purchasing a used vehicle, this doesnt mean that I did not deserve a CLEAN, Maintenance free vehicle. After a test drive I noticed the car did not have a proper alignment and not very clean inside nor did it have the keyless remote entry. Cynthia promise to make sure the vehicle was clean, the alignment would be fixed and the keyless remote would be replaced. I had to take the vehicle back twice( within a weeks time) for a proper alignment and eventually had to fix it myself and have the vehicle detailed. I called and called and she would further put me off. I spoke with her today and her word were "whelp its past the 30 day warranty period" even the lot manager Kevin was not interested in what I had to say. Im disappointed with the service I received. I usually dont write reviews, but I would hate for someone else to be fooled by the impression these people at Heb Auto portrays. Please pass them by they are not in the business of helping, but collecting your hard earned down payment.

My initial experience with this dealership was in July of 2015 to get a second vehicle. Everything was quick and easy, I didnt get the car I was expecting because they said there was a major issue with it but the vehicle I got appeared to be even better. There were multiple issues with my vehicle within weeks of obtaining it, which is understandable due to it being a used vehicle.My oil was not changed, tires and brakes had to be replaced (over $1000) within weeks. My main issue with the business is that when asked the condition of the vehicle I was told there was one owner and everything was in good working on the car. Ive pulled the report on the vehicle and it has actually been in TWO accidents. This information failed to be communicated with me throughout the sales process. Used car salesmen get a bad rep, and now I understand why. This was my first financed USED vehicle and for sure my last one.

If you just want to check out a vehicle, your going to have to jump through 1-2 hours worth of hoops before you can see more than pictures. When your finally done theyll tell you the vehicle you mentioned repeatedly sold 3 days ago. (But they have other vehicles.. bait and switch bs) also If you work for a living, tell them you get off 30 min before they close qnd you might be able to be there 10 to 15 min their reply is well youll have 10-15 min. They are not willing to work with you, even on the simple things.. semi glad the vehicle I wanted sold, would not want to be committed to these clowns

Great place. Great service. I got my SUV from these guys nearly 7 years ago, and Ive never had a problem. Its still the most dependable vehicle weve got, so now its my wifes daily driver. I also send anyone of my friends and/or family to these guys whenever they need anything. Within my inner circle, I believe 5 people have gotten vehicles from these guys through the years, and no one has been unhappy. I will be sending my brother and sister-in-law (who i adore) there today. I also expect to be purchasing another vehicle from them for my household within the year.

I brought my car from this lot Jan 2015. I was there no more than 2 hours and drove away with what I wanted... Then, it was a different staff.. Since my experience was SOOOO great. I decided to take my husband.... OMGGG!! This is going so bad! They are telling us things that dont exist and giving us the run around telling me to fill out an application separate from my husband for a better deal.. I mean what the hell is going on??.... Where is the old staff??

If you have bad credit, most real dealerships have bad financing options. Your local Honda dealer probably does. This lot will not get you into a car for $500 down, that is a lie. Horrible staff - they treated their customers very poorly. Will not return, do not advise anyone shopping here for a car. Just go to your Honda or Ford dealership. Google "Bad credit Ford Dallas" - it is not worth it to deal with shady lots like this.

WORST dealer ever !!! RUDE customer service. They just waste 5-6 hours of your time and do not work with the customer. FALSE advertising about $500 down, they just want you to walk in & then ask for more or cosigner etc, After wasting hours of valuable time. FALSE statement on their ADS and website about "any credit approval" BEWARE!!! These owners operate both "HEB Auto" in Euless & "Midcity Auto" in Hurst

Worst experience ever. Customer service is TERRIBLE. You call and get left on hold for a long time. I would end up having to hang up and call back because no one would ever come to the phone. Salesman never calls to give you an update. One salesperson will tell you one thing and then another salesperson will tell you something completely different. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!

Horrible car lot honest opinion.. I bought a truck from these people and I regret it.. from the staff down to the owner they are just horrible ..the owner himself lied to me saying the truck had never been in a wreck and later I found out it had been wrecked through car fax..believe the low ratings there is nothing good about this dealership!!!
