New update 5/16. 3 STARS TO 1 STAR! Get to the dealership for an appointment set a week ago and was told they cant even look at my car for a couple of days! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I set this appointment out 6days in advance cause the lady I talked to said they couldnt even see my until Tuesday. Its Tuesday and Im told it will be the end of the week before a mechanic can look at my car. Why have me make an appointment and straight up lie to me??? UPDATE: 5/16 5 STARS TO 3 STARS Im back at the dealership as my certified pre owned car has a service airbag light on now. I personally have never had so much trouble with a single car that I have owned in my life. Hopefully they stand by their certified and take car of the issue and doesnt cost my a grand to fix. UPDATE: As of 9/15 Classic Chevrolet has been AMAZING with their customer service and service department. They took in my car and gave me a free BEAUTIFUL loaner and made sure it was full of gas at no charge. Jacob my service advisor called me at least once a day and kept me informed and told me the diagnoses with my car and intermittent AC. They fixed it up for me and have been amazing with communication and also services on my car repair. I will tell everyone that they have a customer that is beyond satisfied and will easily be here when I need to get a new car! Original review. Bought a certified 2010 HHR with pre owned warranty. The blinkers never turned off, the ac makes an awful rattling noise and now the ac died after they did some warranty work and Im now out of my warranty. I have had nothing but trouble with this car and dealership trying to get me a working car an the ac issue rectified since it died after the warranty work the did with the blower motor and the assembly.

I avoid dealerships like the plague, but I visited this one on a whim...and had a great experience. I highly recommended Steven Tilk (used car sales) and Dallas (finance mgr) if you want to be treated honestly and fairly. My experience was no pressure, quick, and fair. Nobody pressured me, tried to BS me, or keep me there for 4 hours to beat me into submission. There were simply there to help. Everything they told me was the truth. Trust me, I double-checked. I even had a great experience with James in the Service Center to fix a small issue. I have yet to be disappointed with this dealership. I plan on getting all my service done at this dealership going forward. And folks, to get a glowing review from me speaks volumes. I expect outstanding customer service from every single merchant in my life. Grapevine Chevrolet delivers.

Worst experience of my life. My wife and i bought a CERTIFIED GMC Acadia and it has had nothing but problems. Have spent more time in a loaner car while ours was in shop. Management and finance has done little to get us in another car without me loosing thousands of dollars. The acadia has been in the shop 6 times in 4 months and left us standed on the road. One positive thing i can say is that James Pickle in service has been extremely nice and understanding to the situation and made sure wehad nice loaner cars while ours was in shop.

Rey was awesome and easy to work with. I stopped in late and the original vehicle that I drove by to see had been sold. I saw a torch red stingray that caught my eye and Rey put in the extra hours after they closed to help me get a deal done. They gave me a fair price on my trade in and the whole process was very low pressure. All in all I would definitely do business with Rey, Classic Chevrolet, and Classic Chevrolet Pre Owned again! Highly recommended! Go see Rey, he will take care of you and treat you right!

I messaged Reynaldo Rijo on the phone to see what he had on the lot. He sent me like 20 different pics of cars and I seen a 2014 Chevy Cruze. He did he would "Make it happened". And thats what him and Johnathan Brands did. First time I went through a bank to get a vehicle. I would highly recommend them two to get you in the vehicle you wish to get. The guy the one thats selling the parts hes real stupid. I call in about asking a paint code and he asked me a bunch of stupid questions he asked me about if I buy parts from them, or if I buy parts from Vandergriff, that is real stupid. If Vendergriff have more customers than you is because you stupid attitude. If you dont like you jop find you a good one find you the one you liked it

Worst car buying expense Ive had. The sakes guys were good, the finance guy was awful! There were a bunch of issues with our loan paperwork and they ended up switching the cosigner and primary on our loan paperwork, now I "own" a car that I was only supposed to be a cosigner on and they refused to fix it, even when i complained to corporate GM.

I agree with Andrew my mother in law purchased a 2010 equinox and it has been in and out of there shop more than she has had it at home in 12 months its been in the shop 5 or 6 times and it is down again.. Never by a certified from here cause apparently they dont take there certification serious if everyone is having problems

I agree with Rey being an outstanding salesman. Im a pretty tough customer and former salesman as well. Knowing that, he cut through the games and inked the deal fast. Great selection of cars, biggest used lot around that I know of, and they have a lot of variety. We like shopping here because they arent pushy. You can meander about browsing if youd like without the intense pressure you usually get at other dealerships. Everyone was extremely friendly as well!

Horrible experience, I would not recommend this dealership to purchase a vehicle. You get excellent customer service while they are trying to make the sale and then it stops. Rest assured they will not be accommodating in any way if you have any issues the moment you drive off that lot.

I have bought 4 used truck in the last 6 years from Classic with good results. This last experience has changed my opinion of their used sales department. They will loose my business over a $120 service cost.
