Exceptional service! The front desk assistant was super nice and knowledgeable. They offered me waaay more for my 03 Malibu than Carmax or other small lots that I got a quote from, $700, totally exceeded my expectation, and they gave me a tax credit! The guy that handles my quote was nice as well, very friendly environment. The place is SUPER nice inside, and CLEAN, free coffee, tea and hot chocolate. A nice clean bathroom is always going to get bonus points with me and they got it down! So happy with this place I am seriously considering buying a car from them as well! This place is bomb, they need more advertisement for real! Texas born and raised company, thats what Im talking about! Support Texas businesses!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. After researching several other companies and getting very low offers, I sold my 2 year old car to Texas Direct Auto (the Arlington office). Their offer was quick and was much better than other dealers. They seem much more interested in building good customer relationships than doing the usual low-ball offer. Chad Payne was helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. In the future I expect I will look to buy or sell with them before anyone else. A big plus is the positive equity check is cut right away and cleared that day with my bank--something I dont think happens with competitors.

Selling my vehicle here was so fast and easy. Corey and Lindsey were friendly and efficient. They beat other dealership and Car Max offers by $1,500! The location was clean and inviting, and the kids play area and massage chairs were such a great touch. They even stayed open late to accommodate my work schedule. It was great to leave with check in hand, and I was able to deposit and access the funds immediately. Texas Direct Auto was amazing, and Id recommend them to anyone I know thats buying or selling a vehicle.
