management is very rude with little or no customer service experience. the outside cart area is absolutely horrible and gross, with trash in the carts, used diapers and in some cases dog bags. when the problem is brought up to management the attitude that is given to the customer is outrageous. the store is nice and the selection is good but the customer service is bad, the employees need to be retrained on the meaning of customer service. the attitude in the store is that the customer means nothing just come in and spend your money. they have forgotten that with out the customer they would not have a job and that needs to be put back into their daily routine or more and more customers are going to shop somewhere else like my family has choosen to do.

My family and i went shopping in there. I was looking at a product that i have seen inside Walmart freezer section. It was a deep fried tweekies and i had brought it up to not one but also the manager on duty. The manager on duty did not seem to care that they needed to be frozen not thoughed out. We also brought it up to the cashier. Both the cashier and the girl on the floor were nice about it and said they will telll the manager. But i hope the manager learns how to be more of lessoning to customers then not to lesson.

Got some nasty good a few times. Learned my lesson and just pay more now at Nob hill for quality.. they do have nice Nick knacks and other non food stuff. Also chocolates.

Bought ground meet. Normal American getting absent from cash counter. There is a taco Mexican grocery shop to the left, amazing cabeza super taco for$2.50.
