Worthless customer service. Stand around at the Deli for 5 minutes, little Asian lady dont want to acknowledge anyone standing there. So I decide to go to bakery instead. People walking in and out of the back room, walk right passed you and cant acknowledge anyone. I mean wtf. Worthless customer service. This aint the first time. People just dont know how to be a decent human anymore. This is your job, you dont like customers. Quit and get a new job. But I have things to do and cant sit around waiting for you because you hate your job!

Lack of compassion of pharmacy in Lucky. 6/3/16 around 9am saw my doctor across the street in severe pain of kidney stone.Told pharmacy in lucky if pain pills could be given at once because of severe pain. Even doctors office called pharmacy. pharmacy said it would take 20 minutes because there were 2 other people in line (without severe pain). When called again they said they would try their best but after the ones in line. I hope management looks into this to show a little more compassion for people who are in severe pain.

Very convenient location. Clean store and friendly employees. CAUTION: Make sure to check expiration dates on items because some are expired OR are close to expiring like seasoning packets, things in deli.

Been a customer since1989. Doesnt have mega selection but quite up to supermarket standards. Staff has always been friendly and professional, especially Bruce.

Nice staff, but they dont have hand baskets anymore because they keep getting stolen. The Motel 6 next door tends to attract shady types at night.

There is a pharmacy inside, large fruits and vegetables selection, great fresh sea food , open until midnight every night.

When I became homeless July 31st I stayed in the Motel 6 which right be Luckys store. Its clean.

This store went from Luckys to Albertsons and back to Lucky. But nothing else really changed.
