Terrible. They dont work with the customer what so ever. I find most places willing to work with their customers but this place they could care less if you come back or not. I would recommend going any where else but here. If you buy a game go to Amazon or something like thay. Doing a trade, go anywhere and I mean anywhere else but this place.
