They buy game systems without checking to see if they are stolen. They force victims to buy back stolen items they never checked to see if was stolen through police before they purchased as they claim they do. When asked to return games by a Minister on behalf of the child they hung up on the Minister also refusing to tell her how much they were being forced to pay. Horrible thing to do, just horrible. Hiding behind a law written in 2011 that says business that buy stolen things when verifying with police are protected in Florida however they failed to verify it was not stolen and now are trying to force the 16 year old victim to buy it back knowing he is just a kid and has no ability to buy it back plus they are not telling people how much it will cost to buy it back. They keep saying we have to wait until they put it in their system for sale to we find out what they gave the man whos child was involved in the theft to begin with. Game stop refuses to do the right and moral thing and this bothers all of us very much. The manager just hangs up on people if you say you will make signs and protest them for forcing a 16 year old victim to buy back the stolen items they did not verify were not stolen in the first place. For shame Game Stop personally my family will never buy from you again. Expect a protester! Do the right and moral thing give that kids system back stop telling his family he can sue you in court for the money back since you failed to check if it was stolen in the first place like you claim you do. This law protects those who check you failed to check why are forcing the child to be what we deem is your victim. You say your the victim We say you failed to do your jobs and check first so give the childs system and game back willingly. Dont force them to buy it back. They cant the father lost his job while leaving to secure his home since it was robbed. The child saved for a long time to buy that all by himself. Do the right and moral thing. If you dont expect more social media blasts and a protester. Dont expect this review to come down until you willingly return it to the child and if you never return it to him willingly I will never take this post down.

It would help if GameStop actually hired people who have video game experience, or at least knows that a video game is. First of all, a good most of the GameStop employees pretend to be experts on video games, even though they have no idea what theyre talking about. If you spot and point out any contradictions in their statements, they will snark you out and condescend you as if youre a blithering idiot. A whopping 0 in service. Second of all, their store smells funny. Not like, "Ha-ha" funny, but funny in a negative way. They really should consider hiring a janitorial crew. If they already have one, they should fire that crew and hire a new one. Just that alone gets a 0 for Appeal. The quality of the service is poor. The quality of the smell is poor. The quality of the store in its entirety is a good 0. Youre better off just ordering video games and accessories online so you dont have to deal with a bunch of idiots.

The line is always busy, and the selection seems to be very limited. They do have lots of games, but it seems to be a lot of copies of the same games. I cant find any older games that I used to play or missed. I would recommend going to one of the local game trade stores.

A pretty good store as far as selection. The employees were kind and helpful and even looked up stuff for me that I wasnt able to due to the less than satisfactory service I had on the area. The location could be better though.

Not a bad place... people are just buthurt and find anything to complain about. The staff is good, just your typical people. The game selection is like any other gamestop you will ever go into.

Some of the staff is friendly to talk to but game knowledge is non existant and general intelligence seems fairly minimal as well, i am still waiting for my refund on a product.

Poor selection of games, poor prices, poor trade-in offers, staff is always trying to sell you something. Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart are much better to video game deals.

Shop most of time has what Im looking for. Highly recommend checking this place out. Wish the store was bigger though. Very crowded during Christmas but was expected
