Excellent service. After moving to Nashville from Murfreesboro, one of the places I knew I had to find was a new Game Stop to go to. Ive been let down on a lot of staples I went to in Murfreesboro, up here in Nashville, but not Game Stop. This location is just as helpful in making up my mind when I want to trade a game in for something else.

I called ahead because I was looking for a specific game and didnt want to come out if it wasnt there. Not only did they pick up quickly, but the person I spoke to (I believe she was a manager) was able to answer my question quickly and held the game for me until I could get there. Will definitely go again.

Every time I go in, I am greeeted with smiles and positive attitude. Any problems that came up was quickly resolved either by store employees or pointed the direction by employees to get the issue resolved. I drive nearly 20 minutes to the store just because of that. Wont go anywhere else.

Xbox One broke down on me. Was 1 day over my warranty, but they still gave me the warranty refund. Could have really screwed me, but they didnt. Good people here.
