I went last night to trade in my PS4 and the two workers in there were very friendly and gave me a quote of $238.20 for trade in value but I hadnt updated my PS4 recently and their Internet was slow so I had to bring it home to update. I went back in the next morning after updating it and the manager was there and he quoted me $164 and after I explained well I was quoted $238 the night before why is it not the same he stated several bogus deductions and defects to my PS4. I then said well Ill just come back to talk to the guy that helped me before which he quickly and rudely added that " Im a manager here so the price is gonna stay what I said"... luckily I went to the Rutherford location and they gave me the correct $238.20 that I was originally quoted!! Poor management seems to be the issue which is unfortunate because the other staff was very friendly

Rediculous policies. Id rather shop with local game trade stores. Staff acts like 40 year old, entitled, toddlers because they work at a game store. Gamestops unfair trading would possibly be tolerable if they had any amount of empathetic customer service skills.

Male and female associate who worked last night was making fun of and snickering at customers purchasing items. Upper management needs to handle the hiring process better and not hire scumbags. No customer should be belittled when shopping.

Staff is very welcoming and if you can find a deal, you can save a ton. The trade values are better than they used to be. I understand they have to make a profit on your trade in so it makes sense what they give you. Definitely recommend.

May be one of the smaller stores but Id rather come here than any other store just because the people here help you out with any gamestop need, even if they need to refer you to another to get you what you want.

Helpful staff and good prices. However, the store is very tight, but that is a theme with most GameStop locations.
