I went into this Fortunoffs Backyard store and Immediately found the outdoor set that I was looking for. Just had ONE question for the salesman and that was " DOES THIS SET GET HOT IN THE SUN?" His reply was that it will get warm but the manufacturer knows/understands that it will be outside and would not make a set that would get hot in the sun. Well, here it is June 12th and this table top is SO HOT I cannot touch it! I called the store and spoke with Sean the manager. He told me there was NOTHING he could do and that he would not accept the return of this set. Do NOT SHOP At THIS store . BUYER BEWARE !

I went to this store twice.. the first time was on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy I had to wait around for a sales associate however they were very helpful when I finally got one. I went back to place my order on. Monday night and there was one sales associate and he was helping another customer with a transaction. We waited right next to him for 20 minutes and not even as little as an acknowledgment that he would be right with us. We walked out because we realized we could just order them online. I would never shop there again because of horrible customer service.
