If giving zero stars was possible, I would do it. We ordered the furnture early June and were told we would receive it the following week. Two weeks went by, phone calls for updates were made, phone calls were ignored and blocked, we only got one part of our two piece couch. We had it delivered and had to help bring it upstairs, so they could not even hire movers to do the job that we requested for. Mind you, the second piece of the couch came two weeks later after going to the store personally, yelling and making a scene. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

purchased Ashley-Sofa and tempur-pedic mattress from here recently for my new apartment; I had a short time-window from my apartment management to move-in these new items; Afana guys delivered both the items on time, very professional & reliable service. Sofa & Mattress both are of great quality, comfort and for a reasonable price. Owner of the shop personally cares that youve been answered while at the shop and always ready to help. This is wrong place you can buy your furniture, worst material, worst delivery, not punctual, selling refurbished stuff. The time they take your money they sell you what they want, not what you ask for. Delivery took much than 2 weeks, they have only one delivery guy the buyer need to give him help. It really was a bad experience that I never had :(

Worse possible business ethics. They took money from me and promised me next day delivery. Delivered furniture what was assembled upside down ! How can you even do that ?! When I asked for refund the owner behaved like a punk and behaved in a threatening way refunded me after deducting $80. Make sure not to ever buy anything from here.

I had bought lot of furniture from this guy in 2nd week of May. They still have not completed the delivery. Moreover they just dont take any responsibility what-so-ever and have not given any firm date till date (30th June 09). Please be careful in dealing with these folks or better not deal with them!!

Ordered beds from here. The delivery date comes, they notice that they dont have the particular frame in their warehouse. Why would you wait until the delivery date to confirm whether or not you have something in stock... Ridiculous. Not satisfied whatsoever.
