Very bad experience for picking out glasses. The actual doctor was wonderful but the sales people didnt explain anything ahead of time and then held my benefits hostage, telling me if I didnt buy glasses THERE that day I would "forfeit" my benefits. I didnt find anything I liked and wanted to shop elsewhere but they told me I HAD to buy something if I didnt want or lose my benefits. Selection was not great and the brands presented seemed really cheap...so thats the only upside besides the nice doctor: you probably wont be spending a lot but the quality really wasnt great and I wish they had explained everything ahead of time instead of bullying me into spending money / benefits there.

Awful experience. My wife and I came for appointments on separate days, and were not seen within an hour of our appointment times. And then, after the appointment, there was at least another 45 minute wait for assistance with ordering frames and lenses. More than 3 hours for an eye exam and frames? After 1 time, I figured it was just a fluke, maybe someone called in sick, these things happen. But this happened for my appointment and my wifes appointment. Seriously, management needs to figure out staffing or stop overbooking appointments.

Hate it... people there dont care about the customer and the company is about the money. The employees are about them self. They choose and pick over people so your appointment can be longer then you expected. The doctor are okay but the staff there not helpful. Im calling to see if I can make an appointment and still on hold for a 45 minutes. Its crazy. Would take my family there if I didnt have to it make me sick.

Received prompt service at scheduled appointment; staff was courteous and professional. Doctor Sheingold was pleasant and thorough, and explained all aspects of the eye exam. Jeff walked me through frame choices with no pressure or sales tactics. I was hesitant to use this location due to reviews, but I did not at all have the experience others posted here. I recommend this location.
