They kept my money AND my furniture! I bought a sofa and side table. I paid up front. I called to cancel the order due to an emergency financial circumstance. They told me that they cancelled the order and the manager was going to try and help with a refund (bc I bought it up front and the delivery was 8 wks later, the 3 days that LZB offers for returns expired - should be 3 day after DELIVERY). So I kept calling and never got anywhere until I called the mgr. directly. She told me the order WASNT cancelled and I would get NO REFUND. So I asked her where my furniture was (bc it should have already been delivered) and she said it was in their warehouse! So not only did I pay thousands up front, but then they never called to tell me that they had my furniture sitting in their warehouse! I love LZB, but this store is HORRIBLE!

Went to La-Z-Boy to check on some recliners for my theater room. The selection was incredible. After many furniture store visits, I ended up purchasing here. The staff was very helpful. Prices are a bit high, but when you compare it with the quality, US Made, and the ability to select the material and color I wanted, it is all worth it.

Ive never before encountered a sales person less interested in making a same-day 3-4k sale in my life. My wife and I were shopping around for a new sectional. Came here and asked to see options. "Well, whats on the floor is what we have." Ok, are there any configuration options? "Heres a catalog, go look around yourself." Yeah... Bye.

Great store with lots of selection! Service was awesome, knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. I eventually purchased furniture and love it! I had gone to lazy boy to buy finisher for my family room and Josh was our sales person and he helped me slot on the top of furniture and fabric that was good for me when I have kids and also helped out on the accessories to complete the room and make it the room feel home friendly. I had a great experience.
