TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never shop with them ever again after the way they just treated me. I bought a mattress two days ago. I immedicatly knew I didnt like it after the first night and wanted to exchange it. They wont let me. But the way they handled the situation was just wrong. They see I am getting upset (obviously Im gonna be upset, I just wasted $900 on a matress that I hate!) and instead of providing assistance, solutions, compassion, hell anything, even just trying to calm the situation... instead they were being completely rude and cold about it. I spent 7k in the last 8 months at this store. Have some respect for your customers!

We have been to several Ashley stores in Wisconsin, Illinois and Florida. I have to say that we should have started with Gwendolyn at the Sebring location. She was the first person at the door and even though they didnt carry in store what we were looking for she gave us examples of how it would look. She spent as much time as we needed and didnt put any pressure on us. We returned the next day to purchase and she remembered our time constraints and made it happen. We will look for her when ever we return to that store.

This is one of the cleanest most beautiful stores Ive visited! Its very obvious the staff takes great pride in their store! The staff is so friendly and I was greeted very warmly as soon as I walked through the door. I normally buy my furniture from other competitors but because of the amazing staff and the way I was treated, Ill never shop for furniture, lightening, or home decor anywhere else! Its so different to be greeted like family, especially when Im shopping for my home!!! Thank you so much!!!

Went in to find a couch. Found one, spoke to first employee, whats the red strike through the price? Means its 25% today. Okay. We decide to get it a few minutes later, "how will you be paying?" Credit? Oh that 25% is cash price only. Typical bait and switch. Whats the point of having a sale if its only for cash purchases? Walked out after being lied to then called a liar.

Be very careful dealing with this store. Terrible customer service! They only care about getting the sale. We purchased everything in cash and overpaid it. They wont return back our money. Were on the process of filling a complaint to Better Business Bureau and pursue this to court if it is needed. We have all proven receipts. Brings nothing but stress.

Tevin was a great salesperson. He took care of the paperwork while my three year old took a nap on my lap. He made sure that I got my chair in a timely fashion even though my ottoman couldnt be delivered until later in the month. I was very happy with the sale price and my whole experience.

This is a catalog store, price posted on furniture is base price then they add delivery and finance charges you cannot buy out of store for cash and take home. Same recliner they sell for 400 is 250 elsewhere
