I went into the Alt Springs store with a picture from the sales flyer of the dining room set that I was looking for and was told it was not on the sales floor in the color I wanted but that they had it in black and I could order it in white. I "thought" that I then purchased a White Hillside Collection Dining Room Table with Country Wood Top and no Leaf, but when it was delivered today it was a Cindy Crawford Collection Dining Room Set with dark wood top & a leaf. Upon looking at my paperwork, it was the correct set that the sales person ordered for me, but not the correct set that I went in asking for. I immediately called customer service who connected me with the store who gave me Ella, the sales person that made the original order. We were both flabbergasted that we ordered the wrong collection while thinking we were ordering the right collection. She talked to her manager and immediately got back to me with a Return Authorization and the correct Dining Room Collection in stock. I went in the next day and paid a small return charge, since my husband was home and signed off on the delivery before I saw it, and I will be receiving my correct set in less than a week! I cant tell you how much I appreciate them working with me and correcting this without a problem! That makes me want to return for my next purchase, although I will make sure we triple check what I am getting before leaving the store! :-) Thank you Ella and thank you Rooms-to-Go, Altamonte Springs! Your exemplary customer service has made this mama very happy that there are still businesses with integrity in this world!!!!!

I am very pleased with my purchase and delivery of my rooms to go bedroom set. My sales lady, Jill, was awesome in Altamonte – attentive, informative, but not overbearing. I must admit I was a bit worried before the delivery because I started reading these reviews. Not many were good. Only a few. But those few gave me some comfort and hoping that I hadnt made a huge mistake in buying from Rooms to Go. But I have to say, I received my partial delivery of my bed and nightstands (dresser on backorder) and I couldnt be happier with the team that delivered. They were extremely well mannered, informative, and considerate of my walls and closing doors, etc. They put everything together swiftly and were in and out before I could even finish a water bottle! I love my bedroom set – its even more beautiful in person and I am definitely happy I purchased it from them! Thats why Im leaving a good review in hopes that it helps someone else who might be a little intimidated.I still have the dresser and mirror to be received in a few weeks and hopefully my experience will be just as good but so far I am a definite new customer!

The leather protection plan is a scam. I paid $150 for it and when the leather changed color I called and a guy came and took some pics and left. After that a customer sal s person called and said that they cannot do anything! I asked to be contacted by a supervisor after I knew that they dont sell this leather again! But of course no one ever contacted me! Poor poor service! I expected them to be more curtous and professional! I went there 2 weeks ago as I just bought a new house and I wanted new furniture and when the sales person mentioned the protection plan, my wife couldnt take these lies and the person said she will escalate it and will get a supervisor to call us! We suspended our sale until we see how it gonna get fixed as she promised us. But of course we didnt hear anything until that day. Will never use them again!

Terrible customer service!!! Please do not shop here! I purchased a living room set but the love seat was not on the floor for display. The sales lady gave me the dimensions but when the love seat arrived it was not accurate. When I called to return and exchange it, I was told I would have to call corporate. Corporate explained they could not handle that and that I had to call the local store. The Altamonte store associates hung up on me twice and basically told me that if I wanted to exchange it Id have to pay a fee and it wasnt their problem the sales associate got the dimensions wrong. So now I have to pay another delivery charge because the sales associate gave me the wrong dimensions. They were rude and not at all friendly. I will never shop at this store again.

First off if I could give a zero star we would. We went in to buy a mattress and we also bought a dining room set and new tables for the living room. The furniture was delivered Tuesday, and the mattress has been a nightmare, hard as bricks. I have spine problems and brick is not good. Called told our saleslady what was going on, she says sleep on the mattress for seven days, well 1night was bad enough, got out of bed 2:00am Wed. and I could not even stand up straight, to make a long story short, now they say you have to sleep on it for 30 days. Well if I do that Ill end up in a wheelchair. Dont buy from. Rooms to Go. Take your business somewhere else, that cares about the customer and well bringing. Our saleslady was great.Customer service lady was rude as hell.

Wish I could not give a star at all but in order to comment u have to too! We purchased our dining table and sofas from Rooms To Go a little less than a year ago and we put warranty on them in case anything happens now our leather sofas have stains on them so we had one of their members come out and take a look at the sofas to see if theres anything they can do, the guy took a couple pictures and called us a few days later stating that there was nothing that they can do. Weve taken very good care of our sofas and the stains are just from simply sitting down which thats what sofas are for! so please be aware and be careful do not purchase from Rooms To Go because unfortunately they are not worried about their customer satisfaction!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went to this store to purchase a living room, dining room and bedroom set for my new condo. The store was not very busy, and in the 25 minutes I spent looking around not one of the sales people I walked past ever acknowledged me. I passed the same sales woman three times and even waited by her for 5 minutes while she sat and talked to another employee and still no acknowledgement. There was even an employee taking a nap on one of the beds. I guess RTG doesnt need the $3,500.00 I have to spend on furniture. The Altamonte Springs store will never get my business.

RTG had some really great Memorial Day Sales, we were looking for a new sofa and found one we liked; the sales staff were very kind but when we learned that we would have to buy an added warranty and it would only be valid for 5 years. It was a deal breaker for us. We went to another retailer and found exactly what we wanted, with a lifetime warranty included! From my experience, Rooms to go has great staff and nice looking furniture, but the limited warranty period forced us to buy elsewhere.
