used to believe in levins until we had issues this past year first with mysynchrony stating payments were double on item purchased that was NOT explained to us at time of purchase. Then again 6 mos ago we purchased a bed because our old one was broken and we both have back issues. When they came out two weeks ago measured and called me back last week stating they cannot honor the warranty becasue the indent is only .50 or 1/2 down . well sorry we did not pay big bucks for a junk bed and my wifes back went out yesterday missed work today because of the bed. I called today they stated again have to wait until the bed sinks farther to try for warranty even though we have a 10 yr warranty on it. So i asked the lady what do you i want my wife to do then where is she going to sleep ? cant sleep in the chair and the bed is the culprit. This is how you treat repeat customers ? your eager to sell us stuff but not willing to BACK it up sham plain and simple never again will we buy from you between your business shenanigans or your corrupt mysychrony not sure which is worst either or I will not pay for the bed and i"m filing more complaints to the people who need to know as well If i worked on someones vehicle and they came back 6 months later for the problem i said i fixed and was paid for I would take care of it for them just because it is good conscience and customer service and is the right thing to do but when we have a 10 yr warranty there is no excuse for that at all.

I would NOT RECOMMEND the Montrose location. I was told by 1 sales person I would get a table for a certain price .... came back in store next day and another sales person stated I cant get the price that was told to me. They asked the manager & the manager said I cant get the price that was told to me! I wanted to put the table in layaway & was told I would have to put 10% down then another person said 15% then another person said 20% !!! I called the canton location and the manger told me to come in and she will give me what Montrose didnt give me (far as pricing) --- I went in montrose store today to make a payment! And the lady ran my card, gave me back my card... something happened on her end to where my card did not go thru..she asked for my card back! Then looked @ card and said I cant use it since its in my spouse name & he wasnt in store. I explained to her that we were on same account and I can FaceTime him so he can show his ID... she stated no, he would have to sign. She and the other white lady were very rude! I asked to speak with store manager! He told them to allow me to make a payment but be sure to get photo ID of my spouse. After she seen his face & DL on FaceTime she ran card for payment! When I asked her about me "signing" she stated I didnt have to sign. But just minutes prior !! she said he would have to be here to sign. They are liars, rude, and clueless. Its ALWAYS something with them! 2 thumbs down! Stay away!

At the Canton location we were looking to purchase a sectional. Took home some sample material to compare to our colors...decided against it....went back to store and decided to purchase 1st sectional we looked at...writing up sale (believe salesperson name is Connie) Salesperson thought we were going to purchase floor ottoman...I asked how long it had been on floor... she answered 3 years. I said I would not purchase and wanted to order new ottoman. Salesperson said needed to check on availability came back stated they no longer made that ottoman. We decided to keep looking at other stores and left. Couple weeks later we were in the Montrose area and decided to check out the Levin store. Found the same sectional and the sales person checked for us on the ottoman and amazing we could order a new one at the Montrose store. We purchased the sectional along with new ottoman and enjoying its comfort. THE SALESPERSON IN THE CANTON STORE WAS DISHONEST WITH US .... THEIR GOAL SEEMED TO BE GETTING RID OF THE OTTOMAN THAT WAS 3 YEARS OLD INSTEAD OF MAKING A SALE ON A NEW PIECE OF FURNITURE. I CERTAINLY WILL NEVER SHOP AT THAT STORE LOCATION AGAIN. I DO RECOMMEND THE MONTROSE LOCATION.

We purchased furniture from Levin 5 years ago and purchased additional insurance. The only reason we purchased this insurance was because the person at Levin told is it was a win/win: we could either use the insurance within the five-year period if there was a problem with the furniture, or wait and if we did not use it we would get the amount back in cash. I even clarified with a few questions. We just get the money back to use however we want? She said yes, absolutely you get the money back. No one ever said to us that the money we were getting back that we spent for the insurance was in the form of a certificate that needed to be used at Levin furniture. It did not really amount to very much money, around $150. The point is when I called to question why I was getting a certificate and not cash back they insisted this was their policy. There is no doubt in my mind that we were intentionally lied to. Now they seem to not care at all. We will not shop here again based on two things. 1) we were initially lied to, and 2) they seem completely unconcerned that we were lied to, as if Im fabricating this and I go around to various furniture stores making this up..

Had nothing but problems since day 1! The day the delivered the Loveseat there was a hole in the cushion called a hour after the delivery guys left! Delivery guys told me I had 3 days to look it over for any defects call and they send a repair guy out to sew it which he couldnt do! Then they say the are ordering a whole knew left side bottom section of the Loveseat and had to wait 6-8 weeks! Bought it in March June 30 th the same repair guy comes out and replaced the bottom left section told my wife it sits a little higher because its not been used like the other side. I get home from work (out of town) and noticed the stitching is bigger and doesnt match the rest of the Loveseat & the cushion is not as soft as the rest! I called today and waiting for a manager to call me back! UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! Ok after this review about week or so later I finally get somewhere!! They finally replaced the love seat! This is what the should have done from the beginning in March but it took till end of July to get it right!! (Well as right as its going to get have a love seat with the bigger stitching and a couch with the original smaller stitching)

By far the most upsetting furniture shopping experience ever, $300.00 discount on a new mattress, and $200.00 discount on the bed frame! However when they add the 2 purchases together they will only give you a $400.00 discount does this make sense? Carrie the "Manager" is in way over her head she said thats the rule sorry! I asked her if thats the rule can you discount the price down $100.00 She said absolutely not! Again I asked are you sure because I dont want to leave here for the 2nd time in an hour upset again with my $2800.00 that I am going to spend at Wayside furniture! She said good luck at Wayside and thanks for stopping! So we made the 15 minute further trip to Wayside furniture where we were greeted by a sales person and manager who wanted our business and our money to which we gladly parted with $2600.00 and received in addition 2 new lamps to go with the new Bed, mattress, pillows, and cooling pad! Do yourself a favor save your valuable time and energy and go to Wayside first it will be your only stop!
