The furniture (and store in general) is a little higher priced. Multiple steps up from Ikea with much nicer materials used (wood for a start), a lateral move from other furniture stores in the area without the high price tags that you may find at CB or CB2. Shopped here multiple times for furniture and other household odds and ends over the last two years, and keep coming back. I find the quality to be decent. Have had some issues with the furniture in the past (including shipping and or broken pieces), but a phone call to the store (or to their very helpful management) resolves the issue quickly. They do whatever they can to make it right. Highly recommend West Elm.

It is so rare that I write a review like this. Strike 3 of 3 with West Elm online. First, the bed I ordered was backordered for 3 weeks, then 6 weeks then 9 and finally 11 weeks later i received it. Next they sent me a $25 off, just use your west elm credit card and it will be reflected on your statement. It wasnt. Emailed customer service, got a generic "we cant/wont help you". Emailed again and got, "call our customer service line for help". Lets just say, after 30 min of a rude customer service agent, i am still out $25 on the worst blanket ive ever purchased and West Elm is down one customer. good job.

I just love west elm. I loved their designs years back when they were an independent store (before Williams Sonoma acquired them). I really love how they focus on organic materials, hand made items from places like Haiti, and that a lot of their items are from a chosen designer/artist. They seem to think outside of the design box compared to other chain stores. Heck, they had an awesome etsy event inviting local etsy artists to sell items in the store and giving discounts on west elm items purchased during the event. Plus, I love their displays and staging. Theyre always so interesting and inspiring.

The quality is terrible. We bought a West Elm Bed and Desk for our child. The bed has 6 storage drawers and none of them stay closed. The overall construction is poor. The desk has a pullout front for a laptop. The glides are the cheapest and they pop out of their tracks and allow the laptop desk to collapse. Since they dont carry the desk anymore the store is no help and the online store just says to contact the local store. Buyer beware. Check the hardware and design before buying. The materials and construction are below expectation based upon the prices.

This store in Orlando has to be the most Unfriendliness place I was in this store for over 45 minutes until some one came to ask me if I needed help and when I said yes I was told try on line we have none in stock... what my home store go above and beyond what a shame Orlando west elm store if I had not shopped in many other west elms before I would. It go back I would shop else where rude rude. And if any one from corporate want to see who was working the day was Monday 15 aug at 3:30 pm

To me, West Elm is not the most expensive furniture store out there, but its certainly on the higher end of things. But youll be hard pressed to find such good looking stuff a a lower price. The selection is large, and I like that you can customize every couch with dozens of material/color options. If youve got the money, this is a good place to furnish your home.

Love the merchandise but found the staff not helpful at all. Was buying a bed skirt for a duvet set I had purchase and although the computer said the store had two in stock the staff refused to look for them and told me order it online. They were too busy stocking the store to help me.

We like the furniture design and the functionality on the pieces we bought. The customer service is a hit and missed. When i asked about the furniture warranties (if any) there were not a clear answer. Felt pressured to shop there, rather to purchase online.

Disappointed a lot of the kitchen gadgets we love are gone. Beautiful but overpriced, I see everything but their actual furniture elsewhere. Support smaller businesses making the original goods big store steal and knock off.
