Great experience! Mike Jay was the salesman, and he was very knowledgeable without being pushy. He answered all of my questions, and it was clear that he "knew his stuff" about the bed that interested me. He explained and demonstrated the differences between the different styles and costs. This truly made my decision much easier and clearer. Interesting side note - when I entered the store, Mike was trying to rescue a bird that had somehow gotten into the store. He was very worried about the bird flying into the glass windows (which it had done already), and wanted to help to get it outside. I admired his kindness and compassion for this little bird, and it only made me more convinced that this is where I would buy my new bed (and I did)! I gave him a litte assist, and eventually, he was able to get the bird outside. I recommend this store and am so glad that I read the reviews before shopping for a bed!

Couldnt be happier. Great bed, great price, delivered free. All in all Back to Bed gave us everything we wanted and expected. The real shining point to this story is Paul the sales associate. Paul was knowledgeable and sincere. He gave us the information we needed to make a good decision on which mattress to choose to meet our needs. He made buying a bed set wonderfully easy and pleasant. If you need a mattress see Paul. As well as he helped us you wont be disappointed.

Just stopped in to checkout their mattress selection a couple min before closing. I didnt realize they closed at 8, but the salesman didnt mind. He spent the next 45 min with us explaining the difference between everything and helping us out. Obviously we dont buy mattresses everyday or every year but if we did I wouldnt think twice about coming to this spot and seeing Tim. Down to earth guy who seems like he knows a thing or 2 about the needs of people who sleep :D

There are several mattress stores in McHenry ... I visited all of them numerous times and tested numerous matresses. I found the personnel at Back To Bed extremely knowledgeable, patient and they urged me to find the best mattress for me ... including going to the competition. I was glad the mattress I wanted was theirs and the negotiated price was within my budget. Service, product and good, informed sales people ... the perfect transaction.

Dalton DEVILLE sold us on the 90 days no credit....THE DECEPTIVE lying GUTLESS SALES CHILD didnt say A SINGLE WORD THAT PAYMENTS WOULD BE DEDUCTED WEEKLY. And that their payment arramgement garuntees you will get SCREWED if you just follow payments ...YES it was in the FINE PRINT but he as a Salesman AVOIDED THAT PART. BEWARE THEY ARE DECEPTIVE SCUMBAGS...
