First off: The quality you see in the stores does not appear to be the same as what you get in the mail... And be prepared to be stalked by sales folks the entire time youre here... if youre into that, have fun. If not, go t Amazon and save yourself a lot of time and headache. We ordered a table an chairs, about 500$, and was shipped chairs with legs that are uneven and a table that was smashed on one side. Called up the help line, was greeted by a lady who sounded so annoyed that I was calling she trasnfered me only so I could wait on hold for another hour... Literally an hour... does that not immediately scream "stay away" if their claims department is backed up to AN HOUR!? Oh but the awesomeness of Ashley Furniture doesnt end there. I was told I need to send them pictures of the box, pictures of the table, then put the table back in the box, drive it over to UPS and wait for 2-3 months while they put a claim in... IN THIS DAY AND AGE?!? I bought furniture off Amazon and they literally just said "Sorry! Keep the damaged one if you want, well send you out a new one!" I will NEVER and I truly mean NEVER buy anything from this hellscape of a company. And honestly, neither should you because I believe they wont be around much longer anyways.

Highly recommend shopping at this store! We have been loyal Ashley furniture customers for over a decade. In our opinion, Ashley Furniture has some of the nicest and highest quality collections (with styles to suit everyone) of furniture for almost all the rooms in your home. Couple that with their outstanding focus on sales support and customer service and it creates a very inviting environment to purchase your furniture in. We were just in this store in January and purchased new bedroom and family room furniture and couldnt have been more thrilled with the entire process. We worked directly with Syed (sales associate) who was fantastic. He was well mannered, offered low pressure sales and was extremely knowledgeable...not only on the furniture, but also very versed on the financing options available to us. Delivery was also simple to set-up and arrived when promised. Our delivery guys were also wonderful and got everything set-up and in place for us. As you can probably tell by this review, we couldnt be more happy with our experience at Ashley Furniture and the furniture we selected and received.

Highly dissatisfied with the quality and warranty program. I purchased the warranty program for my bed frame, Ashley installed it, a few months later my bed frame came loose, hit the back of the wall and cracked so easily, it amazed me. It looks like the inside is made out of cardboard. I purchased a couch, bed frame, dresser and night stand to treat myself to something after a terrible year. I followed all of the steps they had me to to get it repaired or replaced. Called within the time frame, then had to fill out a form online, then had to mail it in to only get an e-mail 2 weeks later telling me its not covered under the warranty. Do not ever buy a warranty from this place, I wasted so much of my time with it, took pictures, had to install adobe on my computer. I feel like I just threw money out the door and no one cares to help me now. Box stores suck, dont care about you. Just another dollar to them.

Courtney, the saleswoman was great. She helped me pick out the furniture and the financing went fairly well. I called two days in advance of the delivery date because I hadnt heard from anyone at the store. I spoke to a man who told me they only schedule delivery a day in advance. I asked that he update the contact information and hung up. The day before delivery I had not heard from the store so I called. I was informed that my delivery got canceled and would have to wait longer for my furniture. I do not think I will return again as the furniture is not worth the stress they put you through to receive it after you pay them.

All personnel that I dealt with were professional and courteous. The salesman was very helpful in my decision - he wasnt there when we went back to order the sofa, but the salesman who helped us was also polite and informative, and he even assured me that Brian (our first salesman) would also be given credit for our purchase. We really would like to let you know that our installers were excellent. They answered all questions before they were even asked. They cleaned up the packaging and were in and out remarkably fast. We were certainly impressed with Alvaro, Eduardo and Mike.

To start, Diego was our salesman, he went above and beyond to work with us on getting the best deal. He was NOT pushy at all, he was present to answer questions, but was not following us around the store looking over our shoulders. We highly recommend him to work with next time you are in the market for furniture. The only small issue was that in the first delivery they brought one the wrong pieces of furniture. However even there they were very easy to work with and had the correct piece delivered in a very timely manner. Over all it was a great buyer experience.

The week before I visited another Ashley Furniture store and made a couple of purchases. I found this store by accident, and I decided to take a look. Warren was very helpful and did all he could to make sure I found what I needed. I purchased an entertainment center and office desk, and Warren even coordinated the delivery with my previous purchase. The delivery men came on time and set everything up quickly. I am very happy with my furniture, which is a good value and looks beautiful, as well as the great customer service!

Kay was very informative and helpful as we looked around the store. She answered our questions and gave us helpful tips. We found a sofa which is just right for our living room, and the price was right. We were given copies of everything we signed, and delivery was quickly scheduled. Ashley kept in close touch with us about delivery, and the sofa came within the promised time frame. It came well-protected in a box and was in perfect condition. I will gladly recommend Ashley to others.

Couldnt be more furious! I got 14 months, no interest provided no late payments. awesome. However all they sent me in the mail was a credit card with a phone number on it. If i wanted to talk to someone it was a 10 dollar service charge . . . I was never given the account number so i couldnt use the online banking. The only information i could get over the TERRIBLE automated voice service, was the balance. No due dates, no minimum payment. This is predatory lending!

We worked with Diego while looking for a new sectional for our apartment. He was fantastic! Very nice and knowledgeful. Gave us our space but checked up on us to see if we had any questions. I liked how the store had pictures of the different layouts available for each sectional, along with the measurements. Moving into a small place in Chicago, we had to be mindful of the dimensions so having them all there was really helpful in making our decision.
