The experiance in the store was plesant, however after spending 2400.00 and told I would get a call back by the end of day with a delivery time, after waiting 3 days called only to be told my sales person was out with a sick kid but they would call him at home to see what was going on and call right back waited another 24 hours no call back. Horrible follow up they got their sale and commissions and now they seem to lack even basic customer service skills.

Highly recommended!! I got a new couch love it for 400$! Great customer service I also got a table set they will even assemble it for you & deliver. LOVE IT , They are not pushy either great prices great experience dont think twice about going here!

Bought a living room set for almost $3000 and in less than a year one recliner handle is snapped off, there is a tear in the cushion and the plastic cup holder broke into pieces. This furniture has been lightly used if that. Very very disappointed.

Terrible delivery scheduling and delivery. They do not deliver on time nor are the Delivery Managers friendly or courteous. If you have a 2 oclock PM delivery count on it hours after the fact...worse than cable company!
