I usually dont write reviews, and recently came to enjoy the Home Depot stores. However, the two times I went to this store to pick up a clearance item, the employees (multiple) didnt know what a UPC code was or how to look one up. I let them them know my local store told me they had the product in their store. Very confused, they managed to find how to search (still insisting on having a SKU Number). After that point, they didnt know what "no home" meant. Luckily for me, I knew it just didnt have a location and had to find it. After speaking to multiple employees both times, Paul was able to locate them. However, the rest of the team needs additional training...while they are eager to help...if asked "oh where do I find this" and they cant figure it out, they simply say "sorry, Im not sure" and call it good.

Its home depot, and generally great. Unfortunately issues occasionally creep up at this one that I havent run into elsewhere. For example: need a key cut (standard house key), theyre out the blanks. Sorry, go home. No word on when/if they expect more stock, just a shrug and a deal with it attitude. Found an item I wanted, but in a different size. They check their stock - we have 17 here, but theyre all gone. "I guess they were stolen" No offer to order it for me, or even address the issue. This particular item is still off their shelf 6 months later - probably because the computers still think they have 17 of them.

I had a problem with a grill. I bought it from a different location, took it out of the box to fit it in my car went to assemble it at home and there were a few things that were not right. So I came here and they had one left to replace mine, told me about free assembly, but I could not fit in my car so they said they will let me use one of the rental trucks free to take the new grill then bring back the broke one. Wow, that made my summer right there, thanks to Terri and Bob.

Good store selection. Helpful people. Great deals on cull lumber for things that dont really matter; raised bed garden boxes, garden walk boards, etc
