Dont waste your money thinking your going to get a better quality couch or better customer service from La-z-boy!!! Or at least dont buy one that reclines. I guess the normal wear on a reclining couch cushion is to be flat & nonexistent before 2 years. They expect you to have to pay the labor and materials to make your expensive couch even decent enough to sit on. Better yet I called to schedule a repair a month ago and when he came out he wasnt at the house longer then a diaper change and said what I needed was gonna cost roughly a additional $407 + on top of the over $100 I already paid for a hour of labor... When I called to follow up on what was happening they didnt have access to the report and status of my couch and said someone will follow up with me. I told them Our couch isnt even comfortable to sit on anymore so Id like it to be taken care of ASAP. Over a week passes and still no response from parts or a supervisor.. I called today and now Im glad I havent bought our new furniture for our new living room yet because La-Z-Boys customer services and quality ensures after today Ill never make another purchase from them agian. As I type this on my still broken couch...

Store employees are great. However, sofa was delivered with a cushion issue -- large gap between cushions. La-z-boy has sent 3 different solutions to fix it none of them appropriate. Still have a gap that a small child could get lost in.
