DONT BUY A BED FROM THIS PLACE! We spent $3,000 on a new bed after a mediocre shopping experience but when it came to delivery it became a nightmare! While shopping the PureSleep Manager Tom was very quick to claim that sleep apnea is a bogus condition that the healthcare industry fabricated then continued to bash heathcare, unbeknownst to him that my wife and I are healthcare workers. Despite having been indirectly insulted, my wife and I found a bed on sale we liked. Manager Tom insisted that we put money down to secure the sale price as he was "unaware" of when the sale would end. Feeling pressured to buy my wife returned the next day and miraculously the sale price had ended just as Manager Tom claimed he hadnt expected. Another sales person, Karan, assisted my wife and agreed to honor the sale price from the day before, something Manager Tom said was not possible. Karan also assisted my wife in ordering an upgraded bed frame and a headboard he claimed would fit the frame. All was promised within 10-14 days. Yep, you guessed it, that didnt happen. So after 19 days our bed was delivered with the wrong size bed frame and even that was missing parts. As an added bonus the delivery truck leaked oil all over my driveway. Nice! The correct frame was overnighted and delivered the next day requiring taking the bed and the room apart for a second time to be able to install the bed frame. Additionally, the headboard was not available for two more days. We picked up the headboard, took apart the our bedroom and bed, again, to attach the headboard only to find that despite Karans assurance the headboard does NOT fit the bed frame. We had high hopes for Art Van and can only take so much. BUYERS BEWARE!

So here we go... We ordered a set of couches in the first week of January and asked for everything to be delivered at the same time. The delivery date comes around and only two of the three pieces we ordered showed up. The papers showed the missing piece was supposed to arrive in early February. Early February came and went and not a single phone call from Art Van as to why my couch that had been fully paid for was not in my home. So I called them the last week in February and was told my couch would not arrive until late March and they would work to give me some kind of credit. So we waited, late March comes around still nothing. So I call again! After dealing with all the BS, finally our couch arrives and of course its damaged in two places. Large gashes in the leather. Now were waiting on ANOTHER replacement. Take your money elsewhere! Theyre quick to charge your card but slow to provide a product!

Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache! I spent $2,000 on a new bed that was delivered to me with missing pieces. I was told not to worry that the piece would be DROPPED OFF by a delivery person the following day. Here I am over 2 weeks later and am being told by Customer Service that my piece will be delivered by the end of June. What?! For a brand new bed that was delivered defective-- and I am told there is nothing they can do because "they dont return mattress bases" Unless you are comfortable with flushing $2,000 down the toilet- I would avoid them at all costs.

Holy cow.....the furniture is nice but expect some of the worst service ever. Just got a phone call about our special order and it is now the 3rd different story and a new reason why I have to come back into the store and give them more money so the order stays active. Not to mention the last time I was there I spent 2 hours at customer service straightening this out......which I guess never got straight. Worst customer service experience EVER...if negative stars were possible, theyd get them

We searched for several weeks for living room furniture. We did like a set at The Room place, however when we seen the set at your store we liked that set just as well. We were undecided which set to get until Karan explained in detail all our options, the warranty etc. He was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent customer service. The excellent service helped us decide which set to choose. Thank you again Karan, I will recommend shopping at your store to my friends and family.

We worked with Cameron, and we were pleased with his knowledge and patience with us. He spent an entire day with us to go over each rooms furniture in our house. We came back the following weekend after doing our own research and sealed the deal with Cameron in less than an hour. He made sure all of the items were delivered on time and gave us a great deal.
