What a pleasant surprise! Here I thought customer service was a lost art in this industry. Quality furniture with GENUINE service. No one hounding over you to pressure you etc. We found exactly what we were looking for and paid 35% less for much higher quality furniture (comparing to Art Van) WITH free delivery! Lifetime warranty on frame, 4 years on cushions, and its made in USA. We are looking to move to TN this summer and will be filling nearly EVERY room in our new home with furniture from the Coopers family. Thank you for perhaps the best experience Ive had at a furniture store.

My wife and I bought a Broyhill couch and 2-chair set yesterday (Monday) and we are sitting on them in our living room today (Tuesday). From the sales staff to the on-time moving staff, they are all friendly, courteous, and above all, local. Unfortunately we have purchased furniture elsewhere that has lacked the quality to save a few bucks. Our choice going forward is Coopers for all our furniture needs. You really cant go wrong!
